2025: After the Win

A couple of comments before we begin. First, I realize many will think I’m being awfully presumptuous believing Trump will win the upcoming election and I can only respond with “He damn well better!.” Because if he isn’t, then I can guarantee you a very large percent of conservative (perhaps even moderate Republicans will disown the Republican Party. I’ve already written more articles than I care to admit regarding our increasing disdain for the those who promise they’ll keep America First in their speeches when their votes tell us otherwise. In my book 2024: The Wreckoning I not only suggest ways to win elections but warn all elected Republicans that 2024 will be their last chance to get it right. So far, since taking control of the House a little over a year ago, let’s just say they have yet to inspire a vote of confidence.

Keep in mind—  the Republican Establishment Party of Bush is long dead and buried. There is no going back to it. If it hadn’t been for Trump along with his policies, Republicans would have been hard pressed to get any of their candidates elected. Love him or hate him, he is the glue that’s holding the Republican Party together. He is the only one who keeps the Republican Party afloat instead of sinking into the political abyss which is exactly where they were heading. Therefore, should he lose, I would not be surprised if Conservatives created their own Party and believe me when I say— millions would immediately join it. Especially with Trump’s endorsement thus sealing the fate of the RNC. They would become completely inconsequential and this is something you don’t survive. The Republican Party would join the ranks of the Whigs and Democrat Republicans only to be mentioned in history books.

The second comment I’d like to make is what you’re about to read is what I feel should be the top priorities of Trump and his administration. Don’t get me wrong— I’m not arrogant enough to suggest Trump and those closest to him haven’t already considered these. But you never know, perhaps they haven’t which is why I’m making them. OK, let’s begin.

Ducks in a Row

I’ll be the first to admit that everything going on in Trumpworld would boggle the mind of just about anyone who isn’t Trump. In fact, I will go as far to say that no other candidate on the planet would survive the ordeal. However, having billions in the bank does have it’s benefits which is why you saw so many others making plea deals. It wasn’t because they were guilty of anything, it’s the fact they preferred not to spend every single dime they had in theirs to defend themselves. To them, it just wasn’t worth the price when the prosecutors had a bottomless pit of borrowed money at their disposal. But it’s not just the financial where-with-all that sees Trump through each day— it’s the courage to fight back with the knowledge in his heart that he’s done nothing wrong although seeing as every trial he’s facing is brought to you by Democrats located in Democrat controlled cities and states….well, let’s just say if one was out to get Trump legally, they couldn’t have chosen better places to accomplish the task. But I digress.

What I mean by ducks in a row is there are many things Trump needs to be prepared for before he takes office. Republicans in the House failed this by not being prepared at all as their first 100 days were pretty much a political and optical clusterfuck-like catastrophe. I sincerely hope Trump doesn’t make the same mistake. Before he takes office, he should already know the following (in no particular order):

  • All executive orders written and ready to sign on day one.
  • The names of all those who will make up his cabinet.
  • The names of all those he will appoint to senior level positions.
  • The names of all those he plans on firing and who will replace them. (ie; draining the SWAMP)
  • The names of all Federal Attorneys he plans on replacing including who replaces them.
  • The names of all Federal Attorneys he plans on replacing in the DOJ including who replaces them.

Is there more? I’m certain of it but seeing as I’m just an old fish, I can’t be expected to know everything, right? These were just off the top of my head. The point being is Trump has to be prepared to do everything as soon as he can after taking office. Like he said at one of his rallies, he should have a desk at the top of the stairs to begin signing away right after being sworn in. Trump has four years and a monumental task of getting the U.S. back on the right path and after all the damage Biden has caused and will continue to cause in the next 9 months— there won’t be a minute to spare. The clock starts the minute he takes his oath of office. Why in such a hurry? The explanation will be in the segment titled Wrenches. But— let’s take a look at the first 100 days… first. (Sorry, couldn’t resist).

The First Hundred Days: Priorities
  • 1— First and foremost, all executive orders signed and set into motion.
  • 2— Appoint all Cabinet Secretaries for Senate confirmation.
  • 3— Borders immediately shut down (see article: Solving the Border Crisis)
  • 4— Reestablish oil drilling and production.
  • 5— Reestablish LNG exports.
  • 6— Reestablish clean coal production.
  • 7— Revitalize coal burning plants across the U.S..
  • 8— Get out of the Paris Climate Agreement once and for all.
  • 9— Pardon all non-violent J-6 prisoners.
  • 10— Tell Zelenskyy no more money. He has 30 days to make a deal with Putin and end the war. (see articles: The Pot Calling the Kettle Black and The War in Ukraine).
  • 11— Advises Congress all multi-issue bills outside of Government funding bills will be immediately vetoed. Single issue bills only.
  • 12— All U.S. border states will be reimbursed for all funds solely used to protect their borders.
  • 13— Border wall completion reinstated.
  • 14— Keystone pipeline completion reinstated.
  • 15— A sixty day commission on Government waste resulting in a report including recommended legislation to resolve it.
  • 16— If Iran does obtain their own nuclear weapon, Trump works his negotiating magic that convinces and assures Iran that for the health of their nation, it abandons all nuclear ambitions.
  • 17— Restart negotiations with additional middle east countries to join the Abraham Accords.
  • 18— Designate all Mexican cartels as terrorist organizations.
  • 19— Begin declassifying all documents revealing corruption and covert wrongdoing from Permanent Washington.

In other words— every single thing Trump can accomplish with the stroke of his pen, (which I’m certain there is much more to list which should be included within the executive orders) should be accomplished and set into motion ASAP. Now, let’s go into why he needs to do this in such short order.

Wrenches

Remember— this article goes under the assumption that Trump wins the Presidency. From what I’ve seen so far, it looks like Republicans are poised to retake the Senate but keeping the House might be just a tad more difficult primarily because of what we’ve seen so far. Will that effect what I’m calling the Wrenches? That depends and to what degree also depends. But the one thing you can bet your bottom dollar on whether Republicans control both Houses or not are the multitude of lawsuits from Democrats, Liberal Activists and the Left will immediately rain down on Trumps executive orders in any court willing to accept them. This should not only be expected, but prepared for.

Slowing Trump’s Presidency to a crawl will be their number one goal and I guarantee you they’ll sue him for everything under the sun and hope some activist Judge will put the kibosh— tying as much of Trump’s agenda as possible in the courts for as long as possible. Trust me, four years isn’t as long as you think it is. If Congress is in Republican control, it makes Trump’s life a whole lot easier. Same holds true even if it’s one House but does make it more difficult. If Republicans lose the House, everything will be about money and probable impeachment. In the Senate, it will be about confirmations. Meaning, another useless Congress forcing Trump to do everything single-handedly. If Democrats take both Houses— then it’s time to worry which makes it imperative that Republicans hang on to Congress, the next segment below setting in stone explains. No more screwing around. You have just two years. After that, nothing is certain.

Setting in Stone

If the political gods look down favorably on Republicans giving them control of both Houses of Congress this will be their last chance to get it right. I repeat, this will be their last chance to get it right. And they have just two short years to prove their worth to all conservatives. If they end up losing one House or the other in the mid-terms without accomplishing anything substantial, then kiss the Republican Party good-bye. There are too many issues that Congress have purposefully neglected, instead leaving it up to a President to place a temporary band-aid on instead of doing their jobs solving it. Why do they do this? Accountability. They can simply say, we had nothing to do with it meaning, they’re just a bunch of cowards and deserve to be voted out of office. So, with Republican control of Congress and the Presidency, do they squander this gift bestowed upon them by conservative voters like they’ve repeatedly done time after time in the past or do they get their heads out of their collective asses and take full advantage of this gift? Remember— this is your last chance. (By the way, I can only hope that by now, RINO Republicans have been replaced by authentic conservatives.) What’s the legislation I’m suggesting? Here are what I consider to be the most important. Remember— I’m no lawyer or politician. Suggestions below are basic, to the point suggestions. I’ll leave it all up to the lawyers and politicians to transform these into legalese.

1— Single issue bills: A no-brainer. You’d be amazed at all the shit that would never be passed it it weren’t hidden in omnibus bills. See article, The Big Con.

2— Illegal Immigration: Simple. As Nancy Reagan said. “Just say NO!” See article, Solving the Border Crisis. Anyone crossing the border illegally for any reason will be immediately turned around. No if’s and’s or but’s. Everyone goes through designated border crossings only. Problem solved. See how easy that was?

3— Immigration: Personally, what was wrong with the laws already on the books? If anything, strengthen the legal language in existing legislation so it can’t be questioned or litigated in courts.

4— Refugees: All those allowed to enter the U.S. as refugees due to war or another catastrophe will be fully aware they will be required to return to their country once whatever issue that made them refugees to begin with are solved. Additionally, refugees will have the option to apply for asylum should they desire but will be adjudicated on regular asylum laws.

5— Asylum: I have absolutely no idea what the U.S. asylum laws are but I will say this. These days with thousands of activist lawyers at the ready coaching millions of illegal border crossers exactly what to say to at the very least get them into the U.S. awaiting their court date years from now as they collect their fees from NGO’s, private donors and believe it or not, perhaps Government funding? At this point, who the hell knows where all this money is coming from. The only thing I can suggest is strengthening the language of asylum laws so activist lawyers can’t weasel around them. Again, see article: Solving the Border Crisis.

6— Congressional Stock Trading: All elected Government officials will be barred from any financial benefits derived from the stock market during and for three years upon leaving office. This includes monies from family and/or friends playing the stock market on their behalf.

7— Foreign Aid: All foreign aid will be given as loans from the Federal Government. Either to be paid back (through whatever means agreed to) by the time allotted or forgiven or amended only through an act of congress.

8— Learning Institutions: (1) Any learning institution that receive Federal dollars shall immediately cease and desist all teaching of CRT, DEI, and Gender related material in all K through 8 classes. (2) Any learning institution (above the 12th grade) that receive Federal dollars shall be represented by and equal amount of conservative professors giving students the opportunity to learn both sides of an issue. (3) All donations made to Colleges and Universities from outside the United States must be approved by a two-thirds majority of a bipartisan Federal committee consisting of equal members from each side of the aisle set up for that purpose.

9— Sanctuary States/Cities: Any city or state which refuses to follow all Federal immigration laws enacted by Congress will lose all Federal funding. Period.

10— Abortion: Touchy subject, right? Here’s what you do. Let’s begin with the irrefutable truth and go from there.

Contrary to popular belief, there is no way on the face of the earth there will ever be a federal law codifying or banning abortion. Not now, not 10 years from now. It’s a non-starter. SCOTUS, by throwing out federal laws regarding abortion sending it back to the States tells us one very important truth. And the truth is— the only way the United States can create any federal law in regard to abortion (pro-life or pro-choice) is through a constitutional amendment. Full stop! End of story. Even if a law is passed by congress, SCOTUS will throw it out. In hindsight—  I’m not totally sure even federal restrictions would be constitutional. Whatever your views on abortion, best to steer those views towards a State Representative or State Senator for they are the only ones who can affect change either way.

There you go. Now, to make this abundantly clear for the morons out there, a Congressional Resolution stating the above will go a long way to putting the issue of abortion on a Federal level to rest once and for all.

11— Voter ID: In many states, saying their elections are a complete mess rife with fraud would be a gross understatement. While a national voter ID law is certain to be challenged in court, there is another way. See article: New Rules for Honest Elections.

12— Biological men competing in women’s sports: Another no-brainer. No biological men competing in women’s sports at any age. Again, see how easy that was?

13—  Political Prosecution: Any elected Federal official indicted on any charge will be immediately reimbursed by the Federal Government for any and all legal fees defendant incurred in the process of their defense if declared innocent by a Judge or Jury. Defendant will also have the right to sue for damages (punitive or otherwise) should they desire.

14— EPA Regulations: This is probably the most frustrating (to businesses.) When the Federal Government by way of the EPA change all the rules when the other Party is in charge. This needs to end. From now on, all rules/regulations the EPA puts into place must be approved by a two-thirds majority of a bipartisan Federal committee consisting of equal members from each side of the aisle set up for that purpose.

15— Repeal the Patriot Act: Repeal it, rewrite and resubmit it, I don’t care what you do but it sure isn’t working the way it’s written now.

16— Repeal FISA Courts: See directly above. (15) Same reasons.

Is there more? I’m certain there is but this should keep them busy for awhile. What’s imperative is that all major legislation should be passed as soon as possible. Single issue. No mark-ups or amendments. Be like the Democrats, get it done quick! Being single issue shouldn’t raise any concerns.

While this article is about Trump’s first 100 days in office, I would be remiss if I didn’t address the Senate vote on what clearly is an attempt at sabotaging Trumps ability to end the Ukraine war on day one as he’s promised. Anyone could see this is what they’ve done by setting the dates of this apparent money laundering scheme by extending payments well into Trumps final term. Below are, at the very least, warmongering cowards who voted in support of this bill completely ignoring the consequences and harm this would do. Are they worried about future campaign contributions from the Military Industrial Complex? I have no idea other than to say if any of the Senators below are in your state, I would think long and hard before I’d give any of them my vote. But this is what you get when you have multi-issue bills. See article: The Big Con. It’s like a pie placed in front of you— one slice tastes great while the rest are slices of shit you have now agreed to slowly eat for the following few years. Here they are…

Tucker Carlson makes the case:

I can only hope Speaker Johnson throws this bill where it belongs. In the round file.

In conclusion, Trump will have a massive amount of clean-up to do in four very short years and for the most part, I fervently believe he will accomplish most if not all he sets out to. Yes, there will be obstacles at every turn along the way. That’s expected but the last thing he needs are Establishment Republicans colluding with Democrats and the Left in the distribution of those obstacles. As I said earlier, this is your last chance to get it right.

What concerns me the most is not so much what Trump does during this final term of his, it’s what comes after which will be the title of my third and final book completing the Trump Trilogy. Stay tuned!

Until then, here’s the cover.

  1. I really enjoyed your article here. Thank you for posting. I agreed with almost everything you said. Thank God, we managed to get Trump back in, and I pray that he stays safe and is successful on his mission to save our country. Like you said he is our last chance… This is our last chance to save our country. I’m already worried about the people trying to undermine him… The evil had a tremendous stranglehold on our country. Personally, I think it was the CCP that was behind it all and running our country for the last four years using Biden as a puppet. It was their plan to use Harris the same way. I’m hoping it all gets exposed and the people involved can actually be punished. It’s not about retribution… It’s about justice for the American people and setting things for the future so that we have precedent set. I know that severe punishment and humiliation are very effective deterrents for aberrant behavior.
