Biden/Harris’ Illegal Invasion— Deport Them All

A little harsh? Triggering certain individuals to immediately close this article and run to their safe spaces? Perhaps, but there comes a time when one has to make a stand—  the American public has been standing on this issue pretty much since day one when the Biden/Harris team was installed to the point of utter exasperation counting the days so Trump can once again secure our borders because if Kamala is elected, this shit will continue for another four years.

I find it remarkable this issue isn’t right up there next to the economy in reference to the top issues voters are concerned about in voting for a President. Amidst all the blunders and complete clusterfucks the Biden/Harris team are 100% guilty of, their opening of our borders allowing millions of people from somewhere around 160 countries never properly vetted will have the most and longest lasting negative and possibly catastrophic consequences which will plague this country for decades to come. And remember— all brought to you by the Biden/Harris administration.

How they were able to get away with this throughout their entire terms in the first place boggles the imagination. My only guess would be it would take so long to challenge any of their actions in court— possibly taking years meaning by the time a legal decision was reached, the damage would have long since been accomplished. And for all I know, some challenges could have been successful but not in a way that changed anything. Honestly, you have no idea how common this practice is and how often it’s used. The American Public knew this would be the case and the Biden/Harris knew this all too well. That was the plan right from the beginning. Get as many migrants from all over the world in the U.S. as fast as humanly possible. They’d worry about the legalities of it all later. Just get them in here. Indeed they did with somewhere around twelve to fifteen million illegal migrants with over two million got-aways roaming the U.S. at this very moment.

The Plan

Biden knew he had four years to accomplish this. Why? Because he also knew there would be no meaningful immigration reform bill passed by Congress. Even the worthless immigration bill concocted by the Senate. Notice you never hear about the bill passed by The House? Of course not because the Senate wasn’t going to touch that bill with a ten foot cattle prod. The House immigration bill would’ve actually accomplished something— most of all, throwing a huge wrench in the Biden/Harris plan to inundate the U.S. with illegal aliens. It’s probably still collecting dust on a shelf somewhere. Remember the plan and stick to it. Biden’s team also knew that before too long, they’d be hearing complaints and not just from Republicans but Democrats as well. Texas and Arizona (before the bogus election) did their best to stop it but were fought tooth and nail by Biden’s justice department. It wasn’t until fairly recently did Texas finally began winning some of the battles but by then, millions had already crossed. More and more complaints began flooding in so the Biden/Harris team had to switch tactics which signaled the birth of the migrant parole telephone app. Another success until the media began reporting the app was rife with fraud so they shut it down, (at least for awhile).

I could be wrong but from what I understand, it’s up and running again most likely being much more careful to hide the fraud. Then again—  who cares… right? The Biden/Harris team sure as hell didn’t/doesn’t. I can imagine what they’re saying… “Just get those illegal bodies in here as fast as possible. We’re running out of time!”

It’s equally mind-blowing how many federal laws they’re not only flagrantly breaking in the process but they’re getting away with it. Again—  they’re going under the premise that by the time they’re forced to comply with the law, the damage will already be done. And they were/are 100% correct. To this day, they’re getting away with it.

So, that was the plan. Allow as many illegal aliens get a foothold in the U.S. as possible. It wasn’t about filling out an application and waiting somewhere else for their number to be called. It was imperative for the Biden/Harris team that these people were physically in the U.S. because they knew that once they were here, it would be 100 times more difficult to remove them. And 100 times more costly. And remember— outside of paying off the Mexican Cartels, it didn’t cost these people one red cent to cross the border.

Billions

You have to ask, where the hell did all this money going to these illegal aliens come from? I read somewhere that over 200 Billion has been spent so far dealing with this completely manufactured crisis. Also remember these are tax dollars they’re spending. Illegal aliens just walk across the border and immediately receive a benefit filled welcome basket from Uncle Sam. Under what authority are they doing this? Sanctuary cities? Well, they can deplete their own resources if they want but they shouldn’t be receiving one federal dime to pay for their costly WOKE decisions. I hear New York City is spending upwards of five billion just to handle the illegal migrants in their own city. If that’s true and they can throw away that kind of money on people who aren’t U.S. citizens, then all I can say is taxes in NYC are far too high. If they had five billion to spend, why aren’t they spending it on their people, making their lives a little easier instead of people from 160 countries who stepped off a bus? California isn’t just broke, they’re running a multi-billion dollar deficit yet they’re continuing to spend millions upon millions of their residents tax dollars on illegal aliens while at the same time, their residents are fleeing the state in droves. Figure that one out.

I have no idea where all this money is coming from but I do know it will cost billions to rectify it by removing all illegal aliens who blatantly refused to play by the rules and follow the immigration laws that are already on the books. And you know what? I am perfectly fine with that. (More on this in the epilog).

Collateral Damage

Questions:

  1. How many illegal migrants died on their trek to the U.S.?
  2. How many illegal migrant women and children were raped and murdered on their trek to the U.S.?
  3. How many illegal migrant women and children are now forced to work in the U.S. sex and drug trade brought to you by gangs and the Cartels?
  4. How many of the young military age men now in the U.S. are now part of gangs or working for the Cartels in the U.S.?
  5. How many known terrorists are now in the U.S.?
  6. Why are 13 thousand known illegal migrants convicted of murder – close to 16 thousand convicted of sexual assault roaming free in the U.S.? Think you’ll hear about this on liberal mainstream media? Nahhh, didn’t think so. What does that tell you?
  7. Why are illegal aliens being arrested and charged with rape and other heinous crimes being released back into communities just hours or a few days later with little to no bond just to commit more crime. Especially in sanctuary cities ignoring ICE detainers on said criminals.

The above are just a few of many important questions you’ll never get answers to. Why? Because the Biden/Harris team don’t give a rats ass about any of it. The ends justify the means and if it means hundreds of needless deaths in the process, so be it. Most important of all the questions above is— where the hell are over 300 THOUSAND children the Biden/Harris team lost? If I had to guess, I’d say a very large part of them are now slaves in the sex or drug trade. Either that or they’re dead. All brought to you by the Biden/Harris administration.

For all those who believe open borders is fine and claim illegal migrant crime isn’t that bad? I challenge you all to say those words to the friends and families of all who have lost sons, mothers, daughters (many of them children) and all victims of migrant crime whether it’s murder, rape, or any crime for that matter. Ask them if they support illegal immigration— I dare you. If you yourself were part of that group, would you continue to support it? For those of you who believe it’s all about race? Seek professional help.

Deport them All

Supposedly, the U.S. is a country of laws and rules. Not following them have consequences and every single individual who illegally crossed our borders are fully aware of this. Need to claim asylum? Our laws address this. There is a right way and a wrong way to do this even though the Biden administration which includes Kamala Harris are intentionally breaking our laws and rules giving migrants the impression our borders are open to anyone.

The harsh truth will befall them in short order when Trump is once again elected President. As I said earlier, it will cost a fortune to accomplish this with Democrats complaining all the way. They’ll spend millions to file thousands of lawsuits doing their utmost to throw every wrench imaginable to thwart or slow down this effort to a crawl.

Will these deportations possibly hurt some very nice people just trying to better their and their families lives? Of course it will but again, there is a right way and a wrong way to enter the U.S. and if desired, gain a pathway to citizenship. Thousands have gone through this rigorous process and are now citizens enjoying the American way if life. They’ve had time to adapt to the American way of life. Our rules, our laws our collective American culture. Many are still part of that process. You can’t say the same by dumping millions into the U.S. who lived under their country’s laws, rules and cultures just the day before. Many are importing these cultures laws and rules into American cities.

I wrote an article a little over two years ago regarding the border crisis and possible solutions. Below is an excerpt from the article titled Illegal Immigration: Solving the Border Crisis.

[Excerpt]

1. Legislation (*or executive order) is enacted requiring all individuals residing in the US illegally, including all those with a court date or a notice to report or appear to receive a court date for their immigration or asylum hearings before a judge, to contact their local immigration office within 60 days. All those failing to do so within the time allotted (no matter how long they’ve resided in the US) will be immediately deported and forfeiting any future opportunity of legal immigration or asylum in the US if and when discovered by authorities. [* executive order was added]

2. A commission be set up immediately to determine the following:
2A— Within 90 days, report how many individuals reside in the US without permission. This includes all who have been allowed to stay in the US while seeking asylum or immigration through Biden’s catch and release policy.
2B— Once a number has been agreed upon, a determination will be made on how many cases could be heard and adjudicated by an immigration judge per day.
2C— Once this number has been agreed upon, a determination will be made as to the number of immigration judges required to resolve all immigration and asylum cases within two years based on the average time it takes to rule on a case.

3. Further legislation enacted to hire the required number of judges including laying out all legal groundwork regarding procedure in litigation of immigration or asylum cases so there will be a clear understanding to all involved before cases are heard. Including anything regarding an appeal process, if appeals are granted.

4. Once all the legalities are worked out and agreed to, all those who contacted an immigration office will be given a new court date to appear before a judge to hear and rule on their case. Those who failed to do so will not be allowed to proceed and have their cases heard, no matter how strong their case might be or how long they’ve resided in the US. No excuses.

5. Any further legislation passed by Congress affecting those seeking asylum or legal immigration will be applied on a case by case basis to all awaiting their cases to be heard.

6. The length of time residing in the US along with work history, family, criminal background checks etc. will be given additional consideration regarding their case.

7. Those whose applications for immigration have been denied will be given an additional two weeks to settle all affairs and leave the country on their own volition or allow themselves to be deported by the Government.

8. Those who refuse to leave or go into hiding will forfeit all future opportunity to apply for legal entry including asylum into the United States.

9. Anyone illegally entering the United States during this moratorium will be immediately deported. If caught a second time, in addition to being immediately deported, they forfeit all future opportunity to apply for legal entry into the United States.

Seeing as I’m no lawyer or politician for that matter, I’m certain I’ve left a few things out. But overall, this is the way to go in order to finally resolve the backlog of immigration cases in the US.

Revisions to Proposals Mentioned Above

The only part I would add or revise to the border proposals offered at the beginning of this article would be the following—

3. A five year moratorium on all immigration. Revised to: A four year moratorium on all immigration into the U.S. with the exception of all who are already legally in the system. Their immigration status will not change.

9. Anyone illegally entering the United States during this moratorium will be immediately deported. If caught a second time, in addition to being immediately deported, they forfeit all future opportunity to apply for legal entry into the United States. Revised to: All those who cross the U.S. border illegally will be immediately returned through exit gates built within the border wall in areas where needed after all information about the illegal alien including bio-metrics are gathered with a warning that illegally crossing the border a second time will result in arrest and one year in prison if convicted including forfeiture of all future opportunity to apply for legal entry into the United States. [End Excerpt] There is much more to the article, I hope you take a moment to read it. The only thing I’d add is deport the criminals first.

In my humble opinion, Kamala Harris is a liar and a fraud. She proves it with every interview, every speech she gives. This includes those behind her who are pulling all the strings. She fully represents Permanent Washington and the Administrative State. The liberals, progressives and others who support her for President are either fools, ignorant or just plain stupid. Either that, or they sincerely want the U.S. government to fail making way for either communists or globalists. No one in their right mind should be voting for her in this election. You think the last four years were bad and believe she will bring change to all the untold damage she herself created or at worst fully supported? Trust me…

This is something you don’t want to find out.
