First— A Back-Handed Compliment
As I said in my article Biden and the 2024 Election: Timing Is Everything, pretty much everything Democrats set out to do in Biden’s first two years has been a complete success. That’s the one thing you can say about Democrats that you can’t say about Republicans. They stick together. Even though what they’ve accomplished is the further destruction of the very fabric of the United States, they stick together along with a few cowardly RINO Republicans (who are more concerned with keeping their jobs instead of doing their jobs) lending a hand as well. But what have Democrats actually accomplished other than two multi-trillion dollar omnibus bills the American Public will see little to no real benefit from as the monstrous national debt increases. That’s pretty much it. The rest of it’s from disastrous executive orders and costly bureaucratic regulations. But throughout all that, all the chaos they themselves create, elected Liberals, Progressives and Democrats continue to stick together. No matter what the consequences. They’ll squabble from time to time but when it comes to their vote, they (for the most part) stick together. Republicans could learn a thing or three from this.
Low Expectations
While all conservatives were disappointed with the results of the 2022 mid-term elections, we were nonetheless pleased that Republicans did win back the House although by a much smaller margin than anticipated. Also knowing that Democrats continued control of the Senate and the Presidency, we really weren’t expecting too much from the House. We knew the Senate would shelve most bills passed or mark them up with one amendment after another where the original bills were unrecognizable. Knowing this would happen, we gave House Republicans a pass. But that pass was only in regard to legislation, for above and beyond that, there was still plenty House Republicans could do. And we thought they would start on day one. They’ve had two years to prepare. They went on all the talk shows screaming to the American Public all the constitutional violations Biden has committed zeroing in on what he’s done to our borders and how they plan on holding Biden and his administration accountable for their illegal actions. I repeat, they had two years to prepare for this including more evidence than you could shake a stick at. It was overwhelming. But what was their main focus? The Biden Crime Family using years old allegations and investigations they had to have known would take an incredible amount of time to uncover the truth behind it all. They also should have been very well aware that winning back the House gave them just two years to figure it all out. Two very short years and they’ve already used up a little more than half of that time with less than one year until we (hopefully) elect Trump.
So, what do House Republicans have to show for using 50% of their precious time? Let’s see— they ousted the Speaker and took vote after vote after vote desperately trying to elect someone else who isn’t doing anything measurably different making them more of a laughing stock than anything else. Again— they had two (count’em) two years to figure all this out so it wouldn’t become an issue. But they obviously didn’t. But let’s go back to the question at hand. Outside of passing legislation they knew wouldn’t make it past the Senate (expected,) What’s been accomplished regarding Joe Biden and the border? Sure, they’ve had a few hearings which very few can now remember with most wondering how much closer they’ve gotten to an actual impeachment but they keep getting on the talk shows touting all the work they’ve done and how close they are which may or may not be accurate, but they keep talking about it and keep in mind, they’re down to less than one year. All the while, Trump is being forced to sit in Kangaroo courtrooms presided over by completely partisan Judges and prosecutors with (eventually) likely biased jurors in ultra Democrat run cities and states whose only goal is to keep Trump from running using lawfare and smears. I can only speak for myself when I say I’m getting sick and tired of all the talk to the point where I no longer want to listen.
Next thing you know…
Mayorkas Impeachment
And the headline reads— Mayorkas impeachment inevitable. That may have been remotely relevant a year ago but this close to a Presidential election? Resorting to low hanging fruit? Because Mayorkas is exactly that, even if he is a Cabinet Secretary. Could this be nothing more than a delay tactic by the House to pacify conservatives? A potential future campaign ad? Even though we all know he won’t be convicted by Democrats in the Senate, what earthly good will impeaching Mayorkas do? Even if he is convicted and thrown out of office, any sane individual knows it won’t change anything. Biden will just appoint an “acting” DHS Secretary who will continue where Mayorkas left off. Most likely until the election unless rules make it where Biden is forced to appoint someone new. Like I said— a year ago it might have done some good but now? It will be seen by the left including liberal news outlets as a stunt and complete waste of time pulled by Republicans in the House declaring Mayorkas will keep his job. And believe it or not, I agree. At this juncture, so late in the game, a waste of time.
A Biden impeachment is a whole different animal. The question is, why are Republicans in the House continuing down the time consuming rabbit hole known as The Biden Crime Family?
Useful Judicial Pawns
And again— Republicans should have also been completely aware that anything regarding investigations of anyone thought to be connected with (the other side) courts would become intimately involved in the process making sure to delay for as long as humanly possible anything that would bring to light that which was being investigated. Oldest trick in the book. Delay delay delay. (See my article written over two years ago titled Lawyers, Courts and the Clock which I just brought out of retirement to better illustrate how this all appears to work.) Hunter’s five year investigation on issues that should have required no more than a few months is a perfect example of these tactics yet I didn’t hear too many complaints and even if I had, it would have changed nothing until a rational judge called the practice out for what it was. Nothing more than a protection racket which props up the two-tiered form of justice we’ve already known long about. And when it comes to investigating the Biden Crime Family, it will be 2029 before they finally figure it all out resulting in absolutely nothing other than books and talk shows for those who wrote them. The most baffling part of all is Republicans could have (should have) impeached Biden sixty days after assuming the majority. The evidence was already there and the Public knew this. They were simply waiting for the impeachment to begin. Question: Why are we still waiting?
And what did republicans say when confronted by the fact that Democrats impeached Trump not once, but twice in record time over a phone call and a speech? Nope— we’re going to do this by the book gal-dang-it! Cross our T’s and dot our I’s, then we’ll have an impeachment vote. Keep this in mind, they’re acting like if the do cross all their T’s and dot their I’s that Democrats will have a come to Jesus moment having no other choice than to throw Biden out of office, Just a sec while I try to stop laughing. But perhaps Republicans are doing the same thing they say Democrats do by dragging this all out to where they’ll end up saying “it’s now too close to the election to bring articles of impeachment against Joe Biden” and if they wait much longer, they’ll be correct (if it isn’t too late already.)
Articles of Impeachment— A No-Brainer
For now, let’s focus on the most obvious. By allowing over eight million aliens crossing the U.S. border illegally with most likely over two million got-aways by intentionally reversing Trump’s border policies knowing full well what the results would be, the following would be what I consider without a doubt Articles of Impeachment.
1. Knowingly and intentionally aided and abetted (by virtue of his border policies) Mexican Cartels to make billions of dollars in illegal human trafficking.
2. Knowingly and intentionally aided and abetted (by virtue of his border policies) Mexican Cartels to make billions of dollars in illegal human sex trafficking.
3, Knowingly and intentionally aided and abetted (by virtue of his border policies) Mexican Cartels to make billions of dollars in illegal child sex trafficking.
4. Knowingly and intentionally contributed to (by virtue of his border policies) the deaths of thousands of illegal aliens.
5. Knowingly and intentionally aided and abetted (by virtue of his border policies) Mexican Cartels to make billions of dollars in illegal drug trafficking resulting in the deaths of hundreds of thousands of American citizens by fentanyl poisoning.
6. Knowingly and intentionally contributed to (by virtue of his border policies) the rapes of thousands of illegal alien women including children.
7. Knowingly and intentionally aided and abetted (by virtue of his border policies) Mexican Cartels gaining a foothold in American cities across the U.S..
8. Knowingly and intentionally aided and abetted (by virtue of his border policies) rapists, murderers, gang members, potential terrorists and other violent criminals enter and be released into the U.S. with little to no vetting whatsoever.
9. Knowingly and intentionally (by virtue of his border policies) refused to secure the borders of the United States.
10. Knowingly and intentionally (by virtue of his border policies) allowed for what has recently been declared an invasion of the United States by millions of illegal aliens from 160 countries.
11. Intentional refusal to enforce existing United States immigration laws resulting in a significant loss of the national security of the U.S..
The eleven articles above are just off the top of my head. I’m absolutely sure more could be added regarding the U.S. border alone. Why are they significant? Because Biden along with his entire administration knew this would be the result over the last three years by his flagrant reversal of Trumps policies which have been proven the most effective in history during the previous four. The articles above alone should be more than enough to boot him out of office. Sure, go ahead and add the Biden Crime Family with 10% going to The Big Guy to top it all off with Hunter’s former business partners like Tony Bobulinski along with others testifying against Biden and I guarantee you at least three things will happen when Democrats refuse to convict him even though there is overwhelming, irrefutable evidence to the contrary.
First— It will signal the end to the Biden campaign for President. He will drop out of the race but not before he pardons himself along with his family. Seeing as the border crisis is the number one issue in America, an impeachment where most articles are in regard to the border, Biden’s campaign won’t survive it especially with the additional bribery articles. No way he wins after that no matter what people think about Trump.
Second— It will force liberal news outlets to cover the impeachment then try and defend Biden’s actions in the process to their dwindling audience which will go down even further when their viewers decide not to buy what they’re selling.
Third— With all the irrefutable, overwhelming evidence against Biden laid out for all to see, Democrats in Congress should think long and hard before they go against all rational common sense and toe the party line. Unless they’re in solid blue states, they’ll do so at their peril.
What the Hell Are They Waiting on?
Honestly, I have absolutely no idea and neither does anyone else. They should have impeached Biden over the border right after he reversed Trump’s policies and the floodgates opened. And now, less than a year away from the Presidential election, Republicans have to make a decision. Either shit or get off the pot. No more waiting, no more delays. There is more than enough evidence to impeach Biden. There has been for a very long time. Time which you are running out of.
Losing Faith
Conservatives are rapidly losing faith in the Republican Party. So much so that along with a few articles (one being When Republicans Flip the Stupid Switch written over a year ago) doing my best to explain why, Ive written a book titled 2024: The Wreckoning as a sincere warning to Republicans that they are in serious jeopardy of millions of conservatives abandoning their Party. I sure hope they read it. And if what I’ve seen over this past year continues, I wouldn’t blame them. Right now, our faith in overall Republican leadership resides in Trump. Meaning, when Trump does win, he will be the only one keeping the Republican Party afloat. What the Party does afterwards in 2029 will determine their longevity.
No Border Deal!
Under any circumstances. I don’t care if Biden closes the border and finishes building the wall tomorrow. It’s just a Democrat hail Mary ploy they can easily renege on any time they like. Best to wait until after Trump wins. If he doesn’t then what does it matter? Democrats will continue to do what they do but why on earth would Republicans shoot themselves in the political foot and make a one-sided deal now? Do that and you damn well better hope Trump wins because you won’t survive the conservative backlash if you do.
But as far as Biden’s Impeachment is concerned— the time for talking is long over. Want to talk? Do all you want during Biden’s Impeachment trial. For now?
