If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it at least 8 times. After four years— having to endure the intentional actions of absolutely the worst President in American history especially, and I mean especially in regard to our borders all the while knowing Democrats, be it a President and/or those in Congress (by way of delusional voters or rigged elections… sure as hell can’t forget these idiots) were the root of the endless clusterfucks witnessed over Biden’s disastrous term— don’t you find it the least bit remarkable how close the margin is between Democrats and Republicans in the House and Senate? Again, after four years of what obviously appeared to be a walking corpse running this country along with a party-line complicit congress for half of those four years, who in their right mind would vote any Democrat into national office? Need examples? If you do, you’ve been living under a rock. Let’s just say it would be like electing an arsonist to be mayor of Los Angeles. (Bad example. LA could very well do something that insane.) Or perhaps you see no need to care. And I can respect that. There was a time when I felt the same way although back then, there was no internet and Americans basically trusted the news they received from the three television channels available and the daily newspapers which weren’t overly focused on National News unless it was during something like World War II.
We as a whole can’t use that excuse any longer seeing as we, for the last twenty-odd years, have had a front row seat along the world’s information highway. Our only concern was making the determination of whether or not information we were exposing ourselves to was nothing but bullshit or the truth— which is not that simple an undertaking when you also consider our public schools for at least an equal amount of time have been churning out hundreds of thousands of functional illiterates. And then we have the wishful thinkers who delude themselves into believing voting democrat this time around might be different than the last time they pulled the lever of insanity for a Democrat who keeps doing the exact same thing when you previously elected them. They just hoped you wouldn’t notice or remember. To the liberal democrat voter, it’s as simple as…. “it’s just what you did”. Damn the results, damn the consequences, “it’s just what you’re supposed to do.”
While I’d like to blame all this on rigged elections (which I’m certain many are,) we can’t discount the fact that there are a large portion of ideological idiots residing in this country breaking out their political DEI sticker laden guitars trying to remember the cords of some kum-bay-a song seeking their never-ending Utopian desire for a world that will never exist with lyrics they make up to match the moment. And they’re more than willing to destroy the country in the process. What does this medium sized rant have to do with mass deportations of millions of illegal aliens? Plenty. First, we have to agree that one plus one equals two.
Questions
The very first question which deserves an answer or at the very least an explanation is: How on God’s green earth was Biden able to open the US borders with little to no push-back? Congress and Judiciary just shut-up and allowed it to happen. What should anger everyone is Joe Biden, Mayorkas and other Democrat leadership involved out-right lied straight to the face of the American public. Bold-face lies without flinching when they all said nothing could be done about this intentionally orchestrated opening of the U.S. borders without comprehensive immigration reform in Congress. Remember that? The somewhat remarkable part of it all was everyone knew they were lying. I repeat, we all knew they were lying. The last time something remotely resembling this kind of invasion was the English during the war of 1812. The only difference is this time, the invaders were welcomed. As Trump said— “we didn’t need new laws to stop this flood of illegal aliens, we needed a new President,” which he proved in the first two weeks after entering office.
Some might say it doesn’t matter. What’s done is done. On the contrary. It’s important so what Biden did will never happen again no matter who’s in office. The best answer (or explanation) I can offer after researching the question is an article I found from The Heritage Foundation published on April 9, 2025 written by Lora Ries (who is the Director of Heritage’s Border Security and Immigration Center at The Heritage Foundation) titled: Consequences of Failure: How Biden’s Policies Fueled the Border Crisis. Saved me a ton of additional research and typing. This article spells it all out for anyone interested in how Biden got away with it.
Legal Sabotage?
Biden’s opening the U.S. borders turning border patrol agents into welcoming parties cutting razor wire, helping illegal aliens up the riverbanks then handing out slips of paper or verbal notices to appear. What happens next— countless billions of dollars spent on freebe’s for them. And vetting? Not a chance. Biden welcomed anyone who stepped over the border knowing that Mexican cartels were reaping the rewards Biden’s actions bestowed on them. This was all legal? I guess so because we didn’t hear that much from Federal District Court Judges issuing injunction orders at the time unlike what we’re seeing take place as I type. By the time everything is said and done to repair the damage Biden has intentionally created, mark my words, will cost American taxpayers upwards to two trillion dollars. Speaking of which, where the hell are these cities spending hundreds of millions to billions of dollars on illegal aliens getting their money from? Rainy day funds? As difficult as this is to say, (but you have to admit,) If you want to sabotage the U.S. through illegal immigration, what Biden (or should I say, those who controlled him) did was brilliant. In fact, I’d put this right up there with rigging the 2020 election. If you’re a computer geek, there’s a term for it.
The Biden Invasion Hack
Yes. In essence, that’s exactly what Biden’s team did. They hacked the United States immigration system in concert with his main accomplice, Alejandro Mayorkas and the Department of Homeland Security. In computer/internet terms, this is what cyber-hackers call a Denial-of-Service Attack. The short definition of this cyber attack is when hackers (using a variety of methods) floods a network or single website with an overwhelming amount of connection requests resulting in slowing the target website or network down to a crawl or shut it down completely. Tens of thousands illegal crossings monthly for four years? Yep, that’ll do the trick.
The main goal in a nutshell
(1) Overwhelm America’s immigration system by allowing millions of illegal aliens into the U.S. by refusing to enforce multiple immigration laws that have been on the books for decades. (2) Handcuffing border agents ability to do their jobs. (3) Do whatever he could to delay deportations. Most if not all via executive order. But in order for this plan to be effective, it had to be in the millions. (4) Install as many liberal activist Judges as possible to thwart Trump’s attempts of mass deportations. (Even Biden knew Trump would win in 2024).
Why millions? It’s a numbers game. Biden also knew how long it takes to deport an illegal alien. Want to get blown away? Take a look at this truly eye-opening (and not in a good way) article I came across from Gitnux: REPORT 2025— Immigration Judge Statistics. What the article states (via statistics) is that unless drastic changes are made through Congress (good luck with that,) Trump will consider himself very fortunate if he’s able to deport 4 million illegal aliens throughout his final term in office. Result? Upwards of 14 million illegal aliens or more remain in the U.S.. Like I said, horrible yet kinda brilliant.
When it comes to illegal immigration, one plus one rarely if ever equals two. What once was simple math has evolved into complicated algebra. (Anyone surprised?) Here’s the math— (1) Cross the border illegally, (2) returned to where they came from. (Personally, no plane ticket required. Just drop them off at the other side of the fence they crossed from. Let Mexico or Canada deal with them. Granted, I seriously doubt that will happen. These days, once deported— they get to travel back to their country of origin along with one thousand dollars. All on our dime. I swear, it’s the same as dealing with squatters. Look how long it takes (and all the hoops one has to jump through) just to get them out…. right? Pretty much the same thing here. And Biden knew this. But yes, one would think it would be that simple. Cross the border illegally and you go home. No passing go, no collecting two-hundred dollars.
Want to take care of all illegal immigration? We have to go back to simple math. Here’s the answer.
All persons must use designated entry points when entering the United States for any reason. Any person entering the U.S. [at any time] using any method other than designated points of entry will be immediately denied entry or returned to the closest point of entry they crossed from. Meaning Mexico and/or Canada.
Any person caught anytime thereafter entering the United States illegally will be immediately deported. In addition, forfeit all future opportunity to apply for legal entry into the United States.
All asylum claims must be made through the applicants home country or a third country.
Will this first rule affect what we’re dealing with now? Obviously not but have no fear, we’ll deal with that also but this one rule alone will solve 100% of all future illegal immigration issues. See how simple that was?
Not so with Biden and Obama. Simple math turned into algebra. It was like— it’s illegal to cross the border but…. if you make it into the U.S. without getting caught, it changes everything. If you’re able to flee into the interior of the U.S. it changes everything. If an illegal immigrant is able to enter a sanctuary city without getting caught? Well…. they’re in like Flint. Great for immigration lawyers, terrible for the U.S. At least for now. This soon will change. (I can already tell this is going to be yet another long article. Dammit).
So what do we do about the millions of illegal aliens already here? How does the U.S. deal with upwards of 15 million illegal aliens? (Notice I’m using slightly different totals? Well, who knows what the real numbers are).
Self deportation. ICE has one approach (basically saying simply leave the U.S. trying not to get caught in the process) and the Dept of Homeland Security has their own titled: DHS Launches CBP Home App with Self-Deport Reporting Feature. To me, that’s the best deal the illegal alien can hope for especially when they know deep down their asylum claim will be denied. Use the app, free ride home, one thousand dollars and a possible opportunity to enter the U.S. legally in the future. Sure beats a one-thousand dollar per day fine for failing to do so.
How effective either of the two above is anyone’s guess. Might put a dent in it all but I have a feeling many will take their chances remaining in the U.S. hoping to wait out Trump’s administration without getting caught and a new more supportive one replacing it. Not a wise choice. Best to take the money and the free ride.
Clear as Mud
Also keep in mind that this article pertains to illegal aliens only. The only comment I’ll make on immigration as a whole is what good does it do to make major reforms when what’s already on the books is not enforced? On top of which, having had no real reforms since Ronald Reagan, it appears courts and lawyers have done nothing but confuse immigration law further to the point where everything has become so complex, they just make it all up as they go. It’s like a Japanese menu. Take parts from column A, some from column B with one or two from column C and hope for the best.
Congress
Until one party has control of the Presidency, the House and most important, a 60 vote majority in the Senate— we can expect absolutely nothing in the way of immigration reform from a partisan Congress. You’re a fool to believe otherwise. Even if the above takes place, it’s still a stretch.
Due Process
I am no lawyer, immigration or otherwise. For this segment I have to rely on common sense and my limited knowledge on the subject. We’ll begin with what I call…
The Disneyland Analogy
Let’s say one sunny morning, 70 thousand people— men, women, families with young children show up at the gates of Disneyland. They drive through the gates because they refuse to pay for parking. Minutes later they walk right into Disneyland without paying for entrance into the park. They also take over the strollers and place those cute kids of theirs in them. They demand free food during their stay and the only patience they show is waiting in line to get on all the rides. Sound familiar?
How long do you think it will take for Disneyland (the WOKEST Company on the planet) to shut down the park and call in a massive amount of law enforcement to escort these people out? In my humble opinion, I’d say just about immediately. In a nutshell— this is what has been happening with illegal immigration. The only difference being, no one would complain about what Disneyland would do under similar circumstances. Most would demand Disneyland’s rules be followed. Why? Because it’s not fair to the customers who paid.
OK, now… let’s apply that with the illegal alien issue using Democrat’s logic to the scenario below.
Scenario 1—
Until the issue is litigated between lawyers before a judge after a future court date is given, all those who invaded Disneyland not only remain but all rides will stay open, food and drink will remain available and all amenities given. If a judge orders the invaders to leave the park, lawyers for the invaders appeal the decision and some rogue judge allows them to stay until their appeal is heard. By this time, word has gotten out and more invaders enter Disneyland. The only thing Disneyland can do to stop this is close the entrance to the park which they do. That solves more people entering but thousands remain waiting for a final judgement. You know… due process and all.
Some of the invaders leave out of boredom or perhaps Disneyland offers a bribe to get them to leave. Weeks later— the final order from the court instructs all invaders to vacate Disneyland.
Scenario 2—
Same as the first scenario except in this scenario, each individual invader retains his own lawyer and demands their due process separately.. The rest is same as the first scenario except this time, instead of weeks later, it’s months later because there just aren’t enough judges to hear each and every case.
Result? Disneyland, now being billions in debt files bankruptcy then promptly goes out of business when the last invader is removed.
Now, many will say all that needs to be done is remove the invaders and allow them to have their due process by filing suit once they’re home. They’ll still receive their due process should they desire it afterwards. My response? Exactly.
Unfortunately, while both scenarios are basically identical to what’s going on with illegal aliens in the United States today, our Disneyland is the entire country and 70 thousand are millions.
Solutions?
Sure there are but before we get to them, we have to understand what the United States is going through now. For the sake of argument, let’s say at the moment there are (1) 15 million illegal aliens in the United States. (2) There are somewhere around 1.5 million orders for deportation meaning, it’s a done deal leaving 13.5 million remaining. (3) And this is speculation on my part— you can probably knock off another 1.5 million from the total through self deportation and the expedited deportation of criminals. If we do the simple math, that leaves 12 million. (4) From the article above regarding statistics on immigration hearings, immigration Judges handle roughly 300,000 cases annually, we can make a relatively intelligent assumption that another two to three million will be deported over the next four years. Doing the math, that leaves somewhere around nine million. Remember, this is based on sake of argument total of 15 million. Also keep in mind this total only pertains to those allowed in by the Biden administration. Very important to remember this.
As stated earlier, we’ve already solved 99% of all future illegal immigration so that’s no longer an issue. Now, all that needs to be addressed are the illegal aliens in the country right now. Below are my suggestions and I’ll warn you now, it ain’t gonna be cheap although comparatively speaking— a drop in the bucket. These suggestions will not just solve Biden’s illegal aliens— it will solve the majority of all illegal aliens. But for the sake of confusion, we’ll stick to solving just Biden’s.
First things first
The very first action that should take place is Trump through executive order (using The Supremacy Clause) bans sanctuary cities. If he can’t do a blanket ban, he sure as hell can ban specific practices the Federal Government has deemed illegal. He doesn’t necessarily have to deny all federal funding to these cities who refuse to comply but what he can do is roll-back all federal funding to 80% of what these cities received in 2018 (before the invasion).
Will either be challenged in Court? Will some rogue judge try to stop him? Bet on it— which is why he needs to do it ASAP so there will be enough time to implement it once the challenge fails. After-which, any State Official failing to comply will be arrested and prosecuted.
I wrote an article over two years ago with what I truly believed was a way to solve the border crisis. Biden was still President at the time and we all knew nothing was going to change primarily because this was what he wanted. Even back then, I knew Trump would win in 2024 so I will be borrowing (and updating) some of what I wrote back then and use it here. Right now, there are two types of illegal aliens. (1) Those who choose to remain in the U.S. with no desire to claim asylum (or anything else for that matter) and hope they won’t get caught and (2) those who intend on claiming asylum. From what Biden said, they’re all claiming asylum. The step below is only for illegal aliens who sincerely believe they have a valid case for asylum. If they don’t, then I highly suggest self-deportation using the app mentioned above.
Step 1— Legislation is enacted (or through executive order seeing as Congress is pretty much worthless regarding immigration, legal or otherwise) requiring all individuals residing in the US illegally, including all those with a court date, parole or a notice to report or appear to call their closest immigration office within 160 days for an appointment to receive an updated court date for their asylum hearings before a judge. In addition to updating their address and contact information, they will receive a temporary photo ID card (proving Federal Immigration compliance,) with the date to appear before a judge which expires two days after the court date displayed on the card. All those failing to do so within the time allotted (no matter how long they’ve resided in the US) will forfeit any and all redress (or due process) resulting in expedited deportation. In addition, forfeiting any future opportunity for legal immigration or asylum in the US if and when discovered by authorities. (There you go— solves all due-process concerns in this particular instance). Note: Times and deadlines obviously aren’t written in stone. Just a suggestion.
Now, what about the one’s who don’t have a notice to appear which I’m certain are many. At this point? Who cares. If they’re here, they’re here so these people should consider this their final chance to either self-deport or get a court date. Any who miss the deadline are shit out of luck. No excuses. Anyone encountered after the deadline without their ID card and/or can’t be found in the database created for this purpose will be immediately arrested and deported. Some may call this gestapo tactics citing “your papers please” but after putting up with this extremely expensive problem for generations, I see no other way. I should add, this has nothing to do with illegal aliens who commit crimes. For those? Immediate deportation.
Step 2— On or before Step 1 is implemented— A commission is set up to determine the following:
2a— Within 30 days, a report estimating how many individuals reside in the US without permission. This includes all who have been allowed to stay in the US while seeking asylum through Biden’s catch and release policy.
2b— Once a number has been agreed upon, an estimation will be made on how many cases could be heard and adjudicated by an immigration judge per day.
2c— Once this number has been determined, an estimation will be made as to the number of immigration judges required to resolve all asylum cases within three years based on the average time it takes to adjudicate a case.
Step 3—
Further legislation enacted (or by executive order) to hire the required number of judges including laying out all legal groundwork regarding procedures in litigation of asylum cases so there will be a clear understanding to all involved before cases are heard. Including anything regarding an appeal process, if appeals are granted.
3a— Once all the legalities are worked out and agreed to, all those who contacted an immigration office will be given a new court date to appear before a judge to hear and rule on their case. Those who failed to do so will not be allowed to proceed and have their cases heard, no matter how strong their case might be or how long they’ve resided in the US. No excuses.
3b— Any further legislation passed by Congress affecting those seeking asylum will be applied on a case by case basis to all awaiting their cases to be heard.
3c— The length of time residing in the US along with work history, family, criminal background checks etc. will be given additional consideration regarding their case.
3d— Those whose applications for asylum have been denied will be given an additional two weeks to settle all affairs and leave the country on their own volition or allow themselves to be deported by the Government.
Step 4—
Those who refuse to leave or go into hiding will forfeit all future opportunity to apply for legal migration including asylum into the United States.
Seeing as I’m no lawyer or politician for that matter, I’m certain I’ve left a few things out and feel free to tweak to your hearts desire. But overall, this is the way to go in order to finally resolve the backlog of asylum cases due to illegal aliens in the US.
Talk to the average citizen of the U.S. and you’d be hard pressed to find anyone with an understanding of how our immigration laws work. I’d be the very first to admit that. But the one topic pretty much everyone could have an intelligent conversation on would be illegal immigration and their very first comment would be— how the hell did Biden have the authority to open the border for that single purpose. Their second comment— this shouldn’t be happening, it’s just wrong. (I know what you’re thinking, allow me to clarify. I’m referring to sane, rational people.) And now democrats are not only defending the invaders, they’re defending rapists, murderers and violent gang members? Astonishing wouldn’t be a strong enough word.
As far as any comprehensive immigration reform goes? Don’t look for it anytime soon unless Republicans have a majority in the House and a filibuster proof majority in the Senate including a Republican President. In theory, that could very well happen as soon as next year but forgive me if I don’t hold my breath. I have full confidence in President Trump but very little in Congress but if need be, I’m content (for the time being) Trump’s usage of his pen to get an important job done that those in Congress are unwilling to do because they’re too busy trying to keep their job, than do their job..
Why does it take a personal tragedy or event to change someone’s mind on certain issues facing America today? For all those who believe all illegal aliens should remain and continue to receive billions in handouts please answer a few questions. Would you still feel the same way if—
— it was your 12 yr old daughter raped and brutally murdered by an illegal gang member?
— it was your 14 yr old sister, daughter/loved one kidnapped, raped multiple times then sold into sexual slavery?
— it was an eight yr old loved one who was shot and killed in the crossfire with rival illegal drug dealers?
— it was a young loved one killed by poisoning smuggled into the U.S. by illegal drug traffickers?
I could go on and on. It’s somewhat sad how complacent people can be especially when they’re fortunate enough that it doesn’t affect them personally. I guarantee you, if any of the above happened to you, someone in your family, a friend, a loved one or even someone you knew? Suffice to say we already know the answer.
Some would argue that illegal aliens commit less crime than citizens and my only response would be— try convincing those who buried their loved ones due solely to illegal immigration. If not for illegal aliens, their loved ones would be alive this very day. Think about that. When it’s a personal tragedy, a tragedy that could have been prevented, it changes everything.
So, if by some miracle, the suggestions above are actually implemented dealing with illegal immigration, we’ve solved the illegal alien problem not only for the future, we’re taking the first step in solving millions of illegal aliens hiding in the present. Again, I don’t pretend to be a lawyer but everything mentioned here seems pretty mathematical to me. We have to get back to one plus one equals two but I’m certain congress will do their best to find a way to turn it into complicated algebra in short order by adding additional time, money and headaches but when it comes to illegal immigration…
One plus one does equal two.
