Illegal immigration: Solving the Border Crisis

The following article is an excerpt from my new book Covid-19: the Convenient Virus from China. Don’t forget to order your copy today.

As promised earlier in this book, here is my solution to illegal immigration. No one really knows how many illegal immigrants reside in the US. Some say 11 million while others say it can be as high as 22 million. Either way, that’s a lot of illegal immigrants. Before you can begin to address this crisis, three things have to take place.

1. Republicans have to regain the House and the Senate with numbers which can over-ride a guaranteed veto by Biden or this will have to wait until the 2024 election.
2. Legislation enacted to immediately finish the border wall began by Trump including all maintenance.
3. A five year moratorium on all immigration.

So, once this happens, what’s next?

The following is my proposal.

1. Legislation is enacted requiring all individuals residing in the US illegally, including all those with a court date or a notice to report or appear to receive a court date for their immigration or asylum hearings before a judge, to contact their local immigration office within 60 days. All those failing to do so within the time allotted (no matter how long they’ve resided in the US) will be immediately deported and forfeiting any future opportunity of legal immigration or asylum in the US if and when discovered by authorities.

2. A commission be set up immediately to determine the following:
2A— Within 90 days, report how many individuals reside in the US without permission. This includes all who have been allowed to stay in the US while seeking asylum or immigration through Biden’s catch and release policy.
2B— Once a number has been agreed upon, a determination will be made on how many cases could be heard and adjudicated by an immigration judge per day.
2C— Once this number has been agreed upon, a determination will be made as to the number of immigration judges required to resolve all immigration and asylum cases within two years based on the average time it takes to rule on a case.

3. Further legislation enacted to hire the required number of judges including laying out all legal groundwork regarding procedure in litigation of immigration or asylum cases so there will be a clear understanding to all involved before cases are heard. Including anything regarding an appeal process, if appeals are granted.

4. Once all the legalities are worked out and agreed to, all those who contacted an immigration office will be given a new court date to appear before a judge to hear and rule on their case. Those who failed to do so will not be allowed to proceed and have their cases heard, no matter how strong their case might be or how long they’ve resided in the US. No excuses.

5. Any further legislation passed by Congress affecting those seeking asylum or legal immigration will be applied on a case by case basis to all awaiting their cases to be heard.

6. The length of time residing in the US along with work history, family, criminal background checks etc. will be given additional consideration regarding their case.

7. Those whose applications for immigration have been denied will be given an additional two weeks to settle all affairs and leave the country on their own volition or allow themselves to be deported by the Government.

8. Those who refuse to leave or go into hiding will forfeit all future opportunity to apply for legal entry including asylum into the United States.

9. Anyone illegally entering the United States during this moratorium will be immediately deported. If caught a second time, in addition to being immediately deported, they forfeit all future opportunity to apply for legal entry into the United States.

Seeing as I’m no lawyer or politician for that matter, I’m certain I’ve left a few things out. But overall, this is the way to go in order to finally resolve the backlog of immigration cases in the US.

That being said, does anyone actually believe this will happen? Hell no! Why? Because it’s too easy to accomplish. On top of which, Globalists will thwart this move with every tool they have at their disposal. Like Trump’s wall, they’ll do whatever it takes to delay any legislation for as long as possible that even should it pass, they’ll tie it up in the courts with challenges for at least two years or longer until others are voted into office who will stop this. This is how they work, although that’s no excuse not to get the ball rolling.

It should come as no surprise nothing has changed much since Republicans regained control of the House other than millions more illegal immigrants released into the U.S.. The following update/epilog will address this along with required reading assignments for you so I don’t overly repeat myself on issues I’ve already written about. So if you find whatever you’re about to read important enough to discover more, I suggest reading the articles highlighted below in blue by simply clicking the links. Let’s begin—

Don’t you find it just a tad ironic? Since the day Biden was installed in the White House immediately reversing all of Trump’s border policies with a shit-eating grin opening the floodgate of illegal border crossings as a fuck you (forgive my French) to the tens of millions who voted for Trump to only now, after three years of doing absolutely nothing, finally decide there’s a crisis at our borders and something needs to be done in order to give him the power to close it down just because it’s an election year. Don’t get me wrong, everyone knew this would eventually happen. Over 10 million enter the U.S. and only when the American Public reaches a boiling point over the border does he make a statement about a forgone conclusion on a situation he himself created. The most comical part about his statements is when he repeats the unbelievable lie that he’s done everything in his power to stop it and the worst part of all— 26% of voters actually believe him. Although it’s no wonder seeing as Liberal media rams it down their throats daily.

Let’s not forget the House did pass a border bill which does solve illegal border crossings compared to this so-called border bill I’m going to address next. Where is that bill now? Collecting dust somewhere on a shelf in the Senate. But you don’t hear about that too often these days.

The So-called Senate Border Bill

Remember the Inflation Reduction Act passed not too long ago? Turned out to be a complete fraud. And to further insult Americans, they now call it by it’s true name, the Climate Change Bill. Funny thing is, by either name, all it’s really done is place billions of dollars into a slush fund that can be drawn on at anytime for virtually any reason. What they’ve spent so far has turned out to be complete failures but I can assure you, those behind them are wealthier now because of them.

So while they insist on calling this bill a border bill, it does absolutely nothing to solve illegal border crossings. But what it does do is send 60 Billion dollars to Ukraine to continue a war they are sure to lose. In my humble opinion, this could amount to either bribes and/or money laundering making some Ukrainians incredibly wealthy and I promise you this, we’ll never know. For more on the War in Ukraine, I invite you to read two articles. The Pot Calling the Kettle Black and The War in Ukraine: It’s Time to End it Before it Ends Us to get the full story.

But have you noticed that Democrats (and at times Republicans) have a propensity to create multi-issue bills that segments of these have nothing to do with each other looking more like Omnibus Bills than anything else? There’s a reason for it and the only way I can explain it is if we create one of these bills on our own. We did just that in my article titled The Big Con. This is exactly what this border bill offered by the Senate is. A Big Con. As of the writing of this update, I just saw on the news that the border bill failed in the Senate (for the most part on party lines.) Good news but it still doesn’t diminish the fact that all multi-issue bills are nothing more than a con.

Impeaching Mayorkas

What a bonehead move. And now that his impeachment vote failed in the House, Republicans added an extra vote against impeachment just to keep the possibility alive for another vote down the line? This idiocy is best described in my article titled: When Republicans Flip the Stupid Switch. So far, they’re not failing to disappoint. It may have been a good idea on day one when Republicans took over the House but now? This close to the election while at the same time there’s an impeachment inquiry going on with Biden? And what happens— it fails in the House with three Republicans torpedoing it.

I warned— this failure will be a horrible look for Republicans who, at this late stage of the game, should never have impeached Mayorkas. Instead focusing their attention on the root cause (meaning Biden.) Again, two years ago, perhaps a good idea but now that Republicans placed all their political eggs in the Mayorkas Basket— because of this failure and the optics it will create, Biden’s impeachment I predict will be taken off the table. Any further hearings regarding Biden anything will now simply be seen and promoted by Liberal news outlets as nothing more than campaign ads. Stupid move.

Forget Mayorkas! His impeachment will change nothing. He’s low hanging fruit. Purely symbolic. A distraction as the clock runs out on impeaching Biden. (the root cause.) This will be the excuse Republicans will use as they take the remaining time they have left until the election chasing a rabbit, attempting to try again to impeach him. If Mayorkas is actually impeached on try two, do you think it will have the same effect as had he been impeached the first time? Absolutely not. Most likely, it will be mocked especially with the knowledge that the Senate won’t convict him. As I stated in a previous article regarding Biden’s Impeachment—  Shit or Get Off the Pot, I’m coming to the conclusion that [at such a late date, having no idea when a vote to Impeach would take place, for all we know, it could be a few more months before they make a decision, then knowing how long the impeachment process takes,] I’m no longer as sure as I was a few months ago that impeaching Biden would be a good idea. The media would jump on it like white on rice saying just another political stunt citing the failed Mayorkas impeachment vote. Republicans had their chance and they blew it. Anyone surprised? We’re going to have to resign ourselves to the cold hard truth that (again, forgive my French) the U.S. is fucked in just about every way until Jan. 2025.

The Illegal Immigration Industrial Complex

As I stated in my article The United States of Chaos. Here’s an excerpt:

Illegal Alien Inflation

Posit: The price of a dozen eggs goes from 99 cents to $4.50 literally blowing the minds of those standing in front of them in their local grocery stores. Inflation is going through the roof on just about everything we purchase on a regular basis and why pundits on the news say it’s only somewhere around eight to fifteen percent is beyond me when in reality, it’s more like forty to over one-hundred percent. So if inflation goes down by fifteen to twenty percent, the Biden administration claims victory and pats themselves on the back for their effort and everyone is supposed to be overjoyed at the news making sure not to tell anyone that the new base for prices is a forty to eighty percent increase. Meaning from now on, we will all be paying forty to eighty percent more for everything we buy on a regular basis. In other words— welcome to the new normal.

What does this have to do with illegal immigration? Everything because this is exactly what will happen and how they expect us to be happy about it. By the end of Biden’s disaster, there will be somewhere between 12 to 22 million illegal aliens residing somewhere in the U.S. with close to 3 million got-aways costing Americans close to one trillion dollars. For the sake of argument, let’s say the total of illegal crossings since the beginning of Biden’s installment is 20 million. Here’s how it will work.

  • 1—  20 million in the U.S. illegally.
  • 2—  Trump wins, the borders are closed and deportations begin.
  • 3—  During his final term, 5 million illegal aliens are deported.

Seems like a massive amount… doesn’t it? Especially in just four years. Unfortunately, even as great as that may sound, that still leaves 15 million that will most likely be here to stay unless deportations continue with the next administration however by that time it will be too late because so much time has passed with a brand new crop of “dreamers” baked into the mix, people will say, “they’re already here, might as well let them stay”. And you don’t think those who allowed this to happen didn’t already know this? Of course they did. And where was/is Congress? Nowhere to be seen—  as usual. And what does that tell us about the Congress? More than we’re willing to admit.

Keep in mind, one can illegally cross into the U.S. in a matter of minutes. Deportations can take close to forever which is why it would be considered a triumph if 5 million were deported in four years. That was the plan all along. It’s a numbers game. Allow so many in the U.S. illegally that no matter what you do to remove them, most will eventually stay. [end excerpt]

Now— consider the money. The mountains of money being thrown at this issue. Federal, State, Private activist funds, perhaps even dark money nobody knows where it comes from. Again, I’ve heard upwards of one trillion dollars of federal money will be spent on Biden’s border catastrophe but does that include the cost of millions of deportations sure to take place? Probably not. Colossal amounts of money will go to lawyers, NGO’s, Super PAC’s for candidates running for and against the whole immigration debacle. Billions more will be earmarked for countries just to entice them to keep their populations home.

So besides all the free stuff illegal aliens are already receiving. Healthcare, paid food debit cards, education and much more, there’s another important yet rarely discussed issue and that is the inevitable rise in crime as punishment for not vetting most who right now are roaming the U.S.. Which is yet another consequence that we’re now beginning to see on the news bringing us to the next topic.

Ulterior Motives

Below is an excerpt from my article: Biden’s Border— The Method Behind the Madness

The Consequences

Upwards of 14 million illegal aliens from across the globe intentionally dropped into America by the time this ordeal ends, what could go wrong…. right? For shits and grins, let’s take a look at just a few of the most major of consequences which are already beginning to take place.

1. First and foremost— The Got-aways. This is by far, the most frightening part of it all. By the end of 2024 there will likely be well over two million got-aways in the U.S.. Let that sink in for am minute. Two million people who not only crossed the border illegally, but had absolutely no intention of turning themselves into border officials. Criminals perhaps? Or worse, terrorists? From what I understand, 158 illegal aliens (so far) have been read flagged as being on the terrorist watch list. I wonder how many more got through undetected. Now ask yourself, how many terrorists did it take to bring down the twin towers? Also keep in mind that we’re not talking about people coming in from Mexico. Oh no, this time around they’re coming in from 160 different countries. Again, what could go wrong….? Even if as few as 2% of the got-aways turn out to be full blown criminals including terrorists thrown in for good measure, that’s 40 thousand criminal illegal aliens. And for the 98% remaining? Well? One million-nine hundred-sixty thousand here in the U.S. completely under the radar, let’s just say I doubt it’s for anything good.

2. Rising Crime— Seeing as it looks like most of these illegal aliens don’t have a pot to pee in or a window to throw it out of, it makes you wonder how most of them came up with the money cartels are charging for their so-called immigration services. And you know whatever debt remaining won’t be paid back working at Burger King, delivering food on bicycles to rich executives, cutting lawns or cleaning houses. So how will many come up with payment? Working for the cartels of course. Plenty of new higher paying jobs in prostitution, porn, drug smuggling/dealing, cartel rule enforcement or mugging people in the streets as gang membership increases exponentially. Make no mistake, thousands if not hundreds of thousands of these people will be used to increase the foothold cartels have within our own borders and with Biden’s continued involvement by allowing all this to take place, the cartels can easily afford it. My only question is what happens if any of these people still owing cartels thousands get deported? Do they still have to pay the money after landing back in their country of origin? Heaven help them if they do because no amount of asylum will protect them or their families from these cartels. They’ve made a deal with the devil and payment will be made one way or another. [End excerpt]

We all know it won’t end there. And this is the scary part. Because of what will now be an all but guaranteed rise in Cartel Activity in the U.S., not to mention the all but guaranteed record rise in the level of possible terrorist attacks within the U.S., I believe it’s a safe bet that certain 3-letter agencies will amplify this as they seek more authority (and money) to surveil the American public to a greater extent than they already are. In the name of national security of course.

And to top it all off, as former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld once said….   “there are the unknown unknowns”.

Remember, all this is part of the plan described in my article: The United States of Chaos.

Revisions to Proposals Mentioned Above

The only part I would add or revise to the border proposals offered at the beginning of this article would be the following—

3. A five year moratorium on all immigration. Revised to: A four year moratorium on all immigration into the U.S. with the exception of all who are already legally in the system. Their immigration status will not change.

9. Anyone illegally entering the United States during this moratorium will be immediately deported. If caught a second time, in addition to being immediately deported, they forfeit all future opportunity to apply for legal entry into the United States. Revised to: All those who cross the U.S. border illegally will be immediately returned through exit gates built within the border wall in areas where needed after all information about the illegal alien including bio-metrics are gathered with a warning that illegally crossing the border a second time will result in arrest and one year in prison if convicted including forfeiture of all future opportunity to apply for legal entry into the United States.

A Message to The Republican Party

If you have yet to read my latest book 2024: The Wreckoning then I suggest you do. Why? Because 2024 will be a crossroads and will determine whether or not there will be a place for the Republican Party afterwards. Agree or not, Donald Trump (through himself and his policies) defines the Republican Party. He is the glue that holds the Party together. The lifeboat that keeps the Party afloat. Abandon him or his policies and the Republican Party will sink into the abyss and join past Party’s like the Whigs and The Federalists. 2024 will be your last chance to get it right and so far, we’re not that impressed. Even with the pass we’ve given you for not having control of the Senate, we’re still not that impressed.

There is no uni-party. There is no Bush Republican Party of the past. That Party is dead and gone. There is no Republican Establishment of old. That also is dying a rapid death. You screw up this time and I guarantee you, 70-plus million Americans will begin again under a new banner while you fade away into history. Even with all Trumps trials, tribulations and chaos created by Democrats, The Left and Permanent Washington  to stop him, this upcoming election should be a piece of cake. If Republicans can’t win against a walking vegetable who can’t find a coherent sentence with two hands and a flashlight— a cognitively impaired individual who apparently sees and attempts to shake hands with dead people— who has to be led off a stage by his wife and who over the last three years intentionally damaged just about every aspect of the United States to almost unrecognizable proportions, then you don’t deserve any further support from American Conservatives.

This isn’t a Threat.
It’s a Promise.

One Reply to “”

  1. I mostly agree, however, as this is most likely not going to happen without severe reconstruction of our government, I must add and change some things:
    1. Extraordinary funding for ICE and the creation of new governmental agencies if needed.
    2. All persons waiting for hearings or court dates will be deported.
    3. All applications for entry into the United States from non-EU countries, Switzerland, Or Canada will be limited harshly, and only open for those with educated skills that we cannot domestically provided in great numbers (I don’t have specific numbers, but say…Dam operators, or Nuclear physicists, etc)
    4. An immediate cut of welfare for all persons of recent hispanic immigration (75-80% are on welfare and drain the system)
    5. Repeal of citizenship for all first, second, and third generation immigrants with a 1 year notice

    I can only dream.
