Notice the counter at the bottom of just about every page here at A Basket of Fish? I believe I added it somewhere around 300 days ago. It was added to signify how many days of insanity the American public had to endure until Biden (who magically turned into Kamala Harris) were summarily kicked out of their respective offices. At first it was set to end at the day of the election then I thought to myself, damn! Even though Trump won, we still had a couple of months more of this moron to stomach, so I added the days on the counter.
As of the writing of this brief article, we have four days, twenty-to hours and change before sanity finally returns to America and as most believe (even though some will never admit it) it couldn’t come fast enough. Knowing Trump won the election (both by popular vote and the electoral college, I thought I could take a much needed break from the site and recharge my batteries. I thought wrong but I took the damn break anyways. I could catch up with it all afterwards as well as my readers (you) could catch up with articles you may have missed along the way.
It looks like I have plenty to catch up on with a few examples in the image above. I have two or three I’d like to publish before Trump’s inauguration so I have my work cut out for me until then. What’s the old saying? There just aren’t enough hours in the day— these days. Let’s just say over the last four years I’ve grown tired of writing about all the negative shit that’s been going on in the U.S.. I am looking forward to writing about all the positive things Trump will accomplish over the upcoming four.
However— just when you think Biden will sit back in his chair and further deteriorate like he’s done since the day of his installation, then just fade away along with a huge sigh of relief from 90% of all Americans— no, he just had to wreak more craziness. But it’s not just Joe Biden. It’s all those in the shadows who are milking every last ounce of Joe’s ability to sign his name to whatever he’s instructed to. So we really don’t know what he’ll do with the four full days he has left.
Hopefully it won’t be anything Trump can’t undo on day one.
