If a Tree Falls in a Forest….
and there’s no one around to hear it, does it make a sound? You see, that is why having hearings these days is a fundamental waste of time. Why? Two reasons. (1) Mainstream media is not reporting on it and if they do, they’re more like defense lawyers for the Biden family than they are seeking the truth however, more times than not, they simply refuse to cover it. (2) Republicans have now just about gone through 50% of their time having control of the House. We’ll blink twice and the 2024 elections will be here. They have to know how long setting up House Hearings, Impeachment Inquiries even Impeachment itself takes to implement and they have a little over one year to get all this done. So let’s step back for a moment and see how this orchestrated clusterfuck of a mess became a clusterfuck of a mess and above all else, how it benefited the Biden family.
Biden Family Corruption
Book after book has been written on this topic and outside of authors selling mountains of books, that appears to be the only result from their writings. Nothing changes. Most surprising of all is that if one believes polling, there are somewhere around 40% of Americans who sincerely believe no corruption has taken place. Even more remarkable— are how many who also believe there is no evidence that proves it despite the video of Biden saying that if the Ukrainian Prosecutor isn’t fired, Ukraine won’t receive one billion dollars in loan guarantees from the U.S.. I mean, forget the fact that 20 shell corporations were set up to launder millions for Biden’s alleged bribes from many countries. I won’t get into all the other evidence there is because this article would turn into yet another book, but it’s out there for all to see. Yet as I write this, outside of hearings no one is watching and a Pelosi style impeachment inquiry announced, we are really no closer to a substantial move being made by House leadership. In fact, there are a few House Republicans who believe an impeachment inquiry is a bad idea. It truly baffles the mind.
Five Years
To investigate Hunter Biden’s gun charge. Seriously? Five years? And there are people who are convinced America is living under a two-tiered justice system? Can’t be so…. right? But it is. How can it take five years to investigate Hunter Biden lying on a gun form? Primary reason: So if anyone from the justice department is called to testify before the House, they can refuse to testify citing an “ongoing investigation.” That’s their get-out-of-jail free card. “I’m sorry Congressman, I can’t comment because it’s an ongoing investigation.” Surprisingly enough, they get away with it. Yet Donald Trump is hit with four indictments totaling 91 counts in less than six months. Figure that one out. And to add insult to injury, it wasn’t until whistleblowers testified against Hunter Biden and the intentional slow-walking by the justice department, I along with millions of others honestly don’t believe Hunter would have been charged with any crime. So what happens next? The Public was dumbfounded by the deal U.S. Prosecutors initially made with Hunter’s defense lawyers. With prosecutors like that, Hunter didn’t need a defense. Additionally, like was said numerous times, out of everything they could have charged Hunter with, they choose to indict him on a charge that couldn’t be tied to Biden corruption. Imagine that. They went so far as to allow the statute of limitations run out on charges they could have easily indicted Hunter on. Ongoing investigation my ass, This in my humble opinion was flagrantly intentional with Republicans sitting on their hands all the while. At the very least, that was the impression we have.
David Weiss – Special Counsel
Merrick Garland’s announcement of his giving David Weiss the new title of special counsel in the case of Hunter Biden should have come as no shock to anyone. Anyone with a brain should have known this would be Garland’s next move. I repeatedly warned this was going to take place on social media and if you watched the Garland hearing, you would know why the move was made. Again, two main reasons. (1) It absolved Garland from sharing any information regarding Hunter Biden to the Judiciary Committee because as he said, “you’re going to have to ask David Weiss” (paraphrasing) including the real reason behind all of this (again, paraphrasing) “Mr Weiss will make a report explaining the reasons for all actions taken regarding Hunter Biden after his investigation has concluded at the appropriate time.” In other words, when it all no longer matters and (as usual) no one held accountable. When will this take place? One year? After the 2024 elections? Your guess is as good as mine. In the meantime, think you’ll see any other charges or indictments brought by the justice department against Hunter like a FARA Violation, and being the bag-man for the Biden family? If so, when? That’s the key— have to run out the clock. Either politically or legally. With Hunter? So far, so good. And I’ll give you one guess what will happen if and when David Weiss is brought before Congress to testify. You guessed it… “I’m sorry Congressman, I can’t comment because I’m Special Counsel to an ongoing investigation but fear not, you’ll have my report as soon as I can submit it.”
It’s Time to Impeach Joe Biden— Now
To be brutally honest, they’re about six months overdue. House Republicans should have announced an Impeachment Inquiry on day one with Impeachment no more than ninety days later. All the information the House has been able to discover up until now could have been easily discovered months ago utilizing this so-called additional authority they’re supposed to receive under an Impeachment Inquiry, yet no one has been able to explain exactly what that encompasses.
Articles of Impeachment could not only include bribery and outright corruption but knowingly aiding and abetting human trafficking, sex trafficking, child sex trafficking, trafficking for slavery and/or indentured servitude by Mexican Cartels through his open border policies. And how can we forget Biden’s administration losing the whereabouts of over eighty thousand children including close to two million got-aways being a serious threat to our national security.
If there were ever a reason to impeach a President, Joe Biden’s actions throughout his political career defines it. Yet I’m always amazed at how Republicans in the House think they have all the time in the world to get things accomplished. But when you come to the realization that they’ve already used up close to one-half of their time as House majority, what exactly have they done?
A few hearing’s that mainstream media refuses to cover, passing bills to nowhere because except on extremely rare occasions, the Democrat controlled Senate buries them. Why? Because Republicans are so busy trying to keep their jobs, they’re failing to do their jobs.
In my book 2024: The Wreckoning, I make the statement right on the front cover that this is the last chance for the Republican Party. I understand that there are times (for political reasons) it can be better to slow-walk on certain issues. When it comes to Biden, Garland and Mayorkas along with one of the most corrupt administrations in history— with less than 14 months left— this is not one of them. Again, for two main reasons. (1) We know how long investigations can take. Hunter Biden’s 5 year investigation which should have taken just a few months is a perfect example. Although interestingly enough, Trump’s investigations and subsequent indictments took a fraction of the time to produce. Even more interesting is we’ve heard crickets from Special Counsel Robert Hur regarding Biden’s classified documents. Imagine that, anyone surprised? Republicans do not have that kind of time. (2) Because of reason one, you can be damn sure democrats and certain 3-letter agencies have and will continue doing absolutely everything imaginable, perhaps even illegal to obstruct or slow-walk anything having to do with Biden, his family, even they’re own likely corrupt activities being done in the shadows. Why? To run out the clock. Everything that will need to take place in order to expose the truth about Biden and his administration will take time. Time that a Republican majority in the House can NOT afford to waste one minute of.
The biggest mistake Republicans are making this very moment is trying to be the “nice guys” in all this. Keep this up and I guarantee you will lose in 2024 because you will be seen as just another part of the problem. Status quo while screaming the standard bullshit line “more work needs to be done”.
There are many out there who believe that impeachment inquires could backfire because of the optics it would create. My response would be that with everything we’ve witnessed over the past almost 3 years from the Biden administration, Democrats and mainstream media— I don’t give a rat’s ass about optics. Were Democrats worried about optics when they investigated Trump throughout his entire presidency when they knew it was all based on lies? Impeached Trump twice when they knew he would be acquitted in the Senate? Are Democrats worried about optics concerning all Trump’s indictments? Of course not.
At the very start of this article, I said “having hearings these days is a fundamental waste of time” and I feel the need to clarify that by adding there is a difference between holding a regular oversight hearing and an impeachment inquiry which the House has finally begun. Better late than never I guess but here’s the problem— by the time they finish with all this including bringing articles of impeachment against Joe Biden and an impeachment trial in the Senate which like Trump, everyone already knows the outcome— Biden’s term as President will be finished or damn close to being finished. So you have to ask the all important question. Why? Why go to all the trouble and expense of everything impeachment when Biden is nearing the end of his term in office? While there are a number of valid reasons, the most important of all is that for far too long, those on the left have been allowed to get away with just about everything. They’ve outright lied before congress with no consequence with many not being charged at all. The evidence of Biden and those around him is overwhelming. I repeat, overwhelming. And it’s not just bribery. What he’s done allowing millions of illegal aliens into this country in my opinion is even more criminal. From what I understand, Biden has broken and continues to break numerous federal laws in doing so. We can no longer allow this to go on without accountability for their actions. This includes Mayorkis and more importantly Garland for knowingly aiding and abetting these actions. All three should be immediately impeached. Once more, there is more than enough to make a solid case against them. Will the Senate convict them and toss them out of office? Most likely not, but at the very least, Americans will know what the hell is really going on in this country.
Another important reason is while liberal main stream media makes it a point not to cover oversight hearings Especially led by a Republican held House, impeachments are a different story. Much more difficult to defend or spin but they will be forced to cover it and make the attempt while they say what a complete waste of time it all is. Republicans can not just allow these people to simply walk away after so much intentional damage has been done to the United States with their actions. My only complaint is this should have been started months ago.
Some on the left may claim the only reason for impeaching Biden and possibly Garland and Mayorkas are political stunts with the main goal of damaging Biden’s re-election chances in 2024 and to an extent, that would be a correct statement especially knowing none of these individuals will be convicted by the Senate. But in a real way, that is the point of impeachment. It’s political. Mind you, it shouldn’t be but for the most part it is. Even if you go back to the impeachment of Andrew Johnson on February 24, 1868 for firing a Cabinet Member. One vote kept him from being convicted. Just one vote.
So yes, whether convicted in the Senate or not, the evidence which is sure to be brought out in the coming months— most notably when Hunter and other family members are brought in to testify so we can all hear them plead the fifth (or cite an ongoing investigation) with every question asked will assure Biden’s defeat in 2024. That is, if he’s still in the running by then. And maybe that’s it. Perhaps there actually is a method behind the perceived madness of House committees and the Biden impeachment inquiries. Perhaps (and this could be wishful thinking on my part) the House is simply waiting for Biden’s name to be as engraved in stone on ballots across the nation as possible making it much more difficult for any replacement before they pull the trigger on impeachment. Could be. Who knows at this point.
A Promise to all Republicans in Congress
With everything I’ve seen since Republicans have had control of the House, I can honestly say as a conservative, I’m not impressed. I warned about this happening in my new book 2024: The Wreckoning and it sure looks like it’s happening. I also said in the book this is your last chance to get your collective shit together including suggestions on how to accomplish this. And believe me when I say, I’m not looking forward to writing it.
But I will if I believe it’s warranted. Until that time comes, we’ll give you the benefit of the doubt.
