Addendum:
What you’re about to read is my latest article in regard to the Trump trial. I was seconds away from finishing it when I heard the news a verdict had been reached. I still stand by this article 100% although my hope of a Hung Jury didn’t take place. Am I surprised by this conviction? Only to the extent I held out hope for basic human nature, honesty and common sense would win the day. This conviction proves this never was and most certainly never will be the case in Democrat strongholds like New York City. Until you see the additional addendum at the end of this article, be assured I didn’t change one word.
Beginning of article: With the jury now in deliberations, this case against Trump has now become real. Everything leading up to this moment was seen as reality TV but now many are beginning to see the likely ramifications and consequences from bringing this case (or any of these cases) against a former President..I’ve written about this in a few articles which if you have yet to read them, I invite you to. The first being: And Then there Was One. with the second: Opening Pandora’s Box. I wrote both last year but they’re just as relevant today. Now that this trial is nearing it’s end, I can’t help but make a few observations and ask some questions. We’ll start with the obvious.
A Tale of Two Trials
When watching the news in regard to this trial, I make it a point to flip over to CNN or MSNBC to see what’s going on there and the way in which they’re covering it and it constantly reminds me of why I don’t get my news from CNN or MSNBC. It’s not what they say on these liberal networks, it’s what they’re purposefully not saying that I find remarkable. I take that back, when it comes to CNN or MSNBC, nothing is surprising or remarkable. But if you’re a Democrat or liberal and flip between these two channels and back to Fox news, you’ll find that while Liberal networks are doing absolutely everything they can to convince their indoctrinated but dwindling audience why the prosecutors had proven beyond a shadow of a doubt their case against Trump, they neglect to explain what the actual law is and in what ways it was intentionally broken by Trump. Or the fairness of the trial to begin with. It’s night and day. They harp on testimony given on aspects that are not in of themselves illegal then roll them all up into some kind of crime hoping their viewers will buy the shit they’re selling based solely on their hatred of Trump. The left basically saying, If you hate Trump, he must be guilty (of something) which should be more than enough to find him guilty in this trial virtually no one can make any sense of and because if this insanity, taking into consideration the history of the major players, you have to ask the question.
Rigged Case? You be the judge
They refuse to air Trumps comments each morning at the courthouse. In fact, Democrats and Liberals should find it incredible what CNN and MSNBC are NOT showing their viewers. Why? Because they’d be forced to explain it. A BIG no no when it comes to liberal media. Stick to the script or lose your job. More info? Here you go— The Media: Truth, Lies and Propaganda. In my humble opinion based on my channel flipping, Fox news has given by leaps and bounds the best over-all coverage of Trumps trial including a host of respected legal analysts sharing their opinions instead of talking heads.
The Verdict: 12 Guns— 1 Bullet
No matter what the verdict, Trump just won the 2024 election. Before I go into the reasons for my belief, it’s time to break out the BOF (Basket of Fish) crystal ball as to what the verdict might be.
I’m certain there are at least a few on the jury who aren’t suffering from TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome) and even if they are, they have to know this trail has been a farce right from the beginning but by virtue of said TDS, they will vote guilty. For the rest who know Trump should be acquitted of all charges, they are also (if not more-so) thinking heavily on their own personal repercussions should they do the right thing and vote to acquit. Friends, relatives even their livelihoods could be adversely affected with a full acquittal. Trust me, in a Democrat stronghold like New York City, they’re all thinking about it. So, how do they solve this?
As Jesse Watters said in his monologue above, none of these jurors (unless they have a backbone) are going to admit to their friends, family or colleagues they voted for acquittal which is the reason for the headline above: 12 Guns— 1 Bullet. A hung jury solves this with plausible deniability. They’ll all declare, “it wasn’t me!” knowing there’s no way to prove it was. Five day’s later, it’s all forgotten about. At least to the friends, families and colleagues of the jurors. The media will be a different story.
Now, let’s tackle the statement I made at the beginning of this segment. No matter what the verdict, Trump just won the 2024 election. We’ll take each possible verdict one at a time.
Not Guilty
Never going to happen. Why? Because at least one juror I’m certain is suffering from TDS.which bolsters the hung jury prediction. If by chance Trump is found innocent, this ends Biden’s re-election bid. Full stop. A juror with TDS is well aware of this and will refuse to allow that to happen under any circumstance.
Mistrial (Hung Jury)
Most likely. Why? Same reason as above only in reverse. Eleven on the jury could vote to acquit but because at least one is suffering from TDS, they’ll stick to their guns. Meaning, hung jury.
Guilty
I find it next to impossible to believe all twelve jurors are either complete idiots refusing to see this case any other way than a blatant, corrupt case of election interference. Hell, the judge waited until both the defense and prosecution rested their cases before revealing the felony aspect of the case preventing the defense to address it. The incomprehensible jury instructions alone proves the corruption along with many, many reversible actions this court has taken. At least one of these jurors has to know this. Then again, seeing where this trial is being held, the possibility of a conviction exists though highly doubtful in my mind.
If Trump is found guilty, every single member of the liberal media, Biden’s administration and most importantly Judge Merchan should tread very carefully on their subsequent actions. What happens next will all depend on how far Permanent Washington wants to go with their failed Hail Mary pass in their belief a guilty verdict will automatically propel Biden into re-election. The public already knows this trial is election interference and everyone knows a guilty verdict will most certainly be overturned (with prejudice) on appeal. I repeat, everyone knows this. The Biden campaign, Permanent Washington, even Judge Merchan knows this. They don’t just know it, they always knew it. Hence this Hail Mary Pass and the supposed benefits they felt they’d gain because of it. Looking at the polls, many on the left and in the media are now regretting. Merchan might just go for broke and do everything he can against Trump to make his life and ability to campaign even more miserable. Who knows how far he’ll go? He’s already set himself and the New York Judiciary up for major investigations into possible corruption and ethics violations due to their actions in this trial. And perhaps that’s a sword these people who might be caught up in all this don’t mind falling on. The ends justifying the means.
This trial will hand Trump the Presidency on a silver platter. Especially now that the public understands how this trial has been conducted no matter how liberal media will try to convince you otherwise. (1) If he’s found guilty, any reasonable individuals no matter their political persuasion has to know by now is wrong on so many levels will vote for Trump because they are well aware this trial has and will (with a guilty verdict) severely damage our form of Government to the point where in now includes the judicial system. Trump wins because these people, even those who hate him can no longer look at themselves in the mirror and continue to justify what’s going on in this country. (2) If it’s a hung jury, Trump wins because he can cite a corrupt persecution by Democrats in a Democrat controlled city. Voters are already pissed, now they’re even more pissed. This trial will galvanize all conservatives, independents and even some moderate democrats against Biden (the walking corpse completely controlled by Permanent Washington..(3) A not guilty verdict will have the same outcome as (2).

As I said in my previous article:
Keep in mind the real goal behind every lawsuit, indictment and possible conviction and where they all originated from and where these Kangaroo courts are located. All will be overturned on appeal (or should be) but appeals take time, they know this. And guess what… they don’t care because it’s the headlines they create now— not later that’s imperative to them. More fodder for Liberal news outlets to ram down the throats of their dwindling audience. How important will any legal issue facing Trump right now be when he’s exonerated after the election? To the media? They’ll just respond with “Oh well” (or not cover it at all)- knowing full well it was never the goal to begin with.
Why this Hail Mary Pass?
Two reasons. (1) Biden has absolutely nothing to run on other than Trump hatred and TDS (I know, basically the same thing) and seeing that Permanent Washington has their hands so far up Biden’s ass, it’s no wonder he walks funny, they are unquestionably terrified of a Trump Presidency. This includes Globalists and all those three-letter agencies who have done their best to throw every possible wrench they’ve already proven they could from Trumps previous term. Trump will be a significant threat to these people which brings us to reason (2.) Trump is now a seasoned politician. He knows what he did wrong in his first term and he’s not going to make those mistakes again. He’ll give the Government much over-due tough love. This trial proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that Democrats, The Left and Permanent Washington along with Liberal Media are more than willing to destroy the Judicial System if it means beating Trump. Although, I think many in Liberal Media are beginning to realize the horrible mistake they’ve made.
Tit for Tat
When Trump wins the election— again. Anything he does will be seen by the left and liberal media as retribution for how he’s been treated. And you know what? Ask me if I care. We all know he’s not going to be a dictator, we all know he’s going to leave after his term, contrary to Democrats attempts to destroy democracy, it will still exist, there will be another election only when there is, it will hopefully be much more fair and transparent. Because if Biden wins, everything Dems say will happen with a Trump administration, I guarantee you will take place under Biden. What I fear the most is the Biden administration has done so much damage to the U.S. and will continue to thwart a Trump administration at every turn, he may not have time to repair it.
To all those who for some completely unknown reason hate Trump and want him out of all politics I say the following. Reflect on everything that’s transpired over the last close to four years. Your vote caused this. This chaos you all claim to be the fault of Trump and Republicans? Where is this chaos coming from? Progressives and The Left. Your people! So be damn careful what you wish for this time around and remember…

Additional Addendum:
Sadly, the United States has crossed the Rubicon and no one is more overjoyed about this than Globalists. Why? They know what will happen next because these indictments against Trump is all their doing with the approval of The Left, Democrats, Progressives and the Liberal Media. Right now, over half the country is furious. Trumps donation website crashed once already with people trying to donate to his campaign. And don’t think for a minute it’s from Republicans only. These donations will be from every American who saw this trial for what it was. Political persecution and election interference at a level no one has ever seen.

It’s because of this and to the utter delight of Globalists, Pandora’s box is not only wide open but the gloves are off. All those gleefully cheering this conviction will be cheering out the other sides of their mouths when the day arrives (and it now will) when the same happens to them. As stated above in the article, they’ll whine and cry about how unfair it all will be and call it revenge from Republicans and Republicans won’t care saying Liberals began this with their political law-fare against Trump. Again, to the globalists delight because this act now encases in stone the political divide in America. And right or wrong, when this does take place the U.S. we’ll officially be a third world country. A Banana Republic. All brought to you by Democrats.
Yes, Democrats have handed Trump victory in November, make no mistake about that. This rigged trial with a preordained conviction of Donald Trump reminds me of a quote by Isoroku Yamamoto after the bombing of Pearl Harbor December 7th, 1941.
