How long is one expected to bite what’s left of their tongue while embroiled in what everyone knows is a bullshit trial in the middle of an election meant only to smear a former President of the United States and you’re not allowed to say much of anything in your defense for fear of being jailed?
While the above question is an important one, it’s not the only one. Yes, liberal media is having a field day with this so-called Hush Money trial Trump is in the middle of even as I type. For them, it’s a win-win that I’ll go into the reasons later. But first, let’s go into what I believe are the real reasons for the trial in the first place, the probable outcomes including why Permanent Washington by way of Democrats have all contingency plans set up in advance in the event what they hope doesn’t happen, happens.
1. Trump will be the next President
It’s obvious their Hail Mary Pass indicting Trump in multiple courts controlled by Democrats is failing. Not only failing, it’s backfiring. Not only backfiring but is most likely handing Trump the Presidency on a silver platter. Even most Democrats and liberals are becoming more and more aware of this, and with that comes reflection and regret.
For as much as those on CNN and MSNBC constantly spin their interpretation of this trial using lies of omission, strategically cut clips, and for as much as a slice of the public wants to believe everything they spout as gospel, with each passing day fewer and fewer people are buying it. Hence the doubt and regret many liberal pundits are now expressing.
More and more people are seeing the judge for who he is and the prosecution for who they are (even the trial itself for what it is) and they don’t like it. Even the far Left who prayed this trial would be enough to humiliate Trump into submission are having their doubts. Remember, everything we’re seeing take place in court is exactly what we’ve already seen Democrats do during the 2016 election. Seeing as they have absolutely nothing Brain-dead Biden can run on other than the continuing destruction of the United States, this is all they and Liberal Media have left. I said this on Truth Social the minute this case began:
Keep in mind the real goal behind every lawsuit, indictment and possible conviction and where they all originated from and where these Kangaroo courts are located. All will be overturned on appeal (or should be) but appeals take time, they know this. And guess what… they don’t care because it’s the headlines they create now— not later that’s imperative to them. More fodder for Liberal news outlets to ram down the throats of their dwindling audience. How important will any legal issue facing Trump right now be when he’s exonerated after the election? To the media? They’ll just respond with “Oh well” (or not cover it at all)- knowing full well it was never the goal to begin with.
Now, here comes the why…
Trump will be a significant threat to Permanent Washington. He will be the consummate whistle-blower by declassifying just about everything allowing the American Public to discover what’s really going on in this country. This is what they fear the most.
Two-weeks into this trial and the prosecution has yet to prove anything. Anything. The truth is, they won’t and they already knew this. So one can only conclude that the entire reason for this trial was to bring back women they used against Trump in 2016 to remind voters why they should hate Trump. They also hope that hatred will be enough to bring a conviction in the case. Forget the facts, if you hate Trump, you’ll convict him. Also forget the fact that should he be convicted it’s all but certain the conviction will be thrown out on appeal. But as I said above, a conviction while thought of as a temporary win for the prosecution, it was never the goal and from everything we’ve seen so far, to say that Hail Mary pass is falling short is an understatement. No matter how many times Liberal pundits declare otherwise on the outside while coming to the truth on the inside, they’re beginning to wonder how they intend to explain their colossal loss (the ends justifying the means principle) to their dwindling viewership.
So let’s break out the BOF (Basket of Fish) crystal ball regarding this trial and make a prediction or two.
1. To date: Nothing has been remotely proved Trump is guilty of anything.
2. Stormy Daniels testimony is completely irrelevant to the case. Doesn’t matter if her allegations in regard to sex with Trump is true or not. Additionally, there isn’t a person on the planet including all those on the jury who haven’t already made up their minds about Stormy Daniels. On top of which, we all (including the jury) had to have known Daniels would be testifying. Not just old news, very old news.
3. Same holds true with Michael Cohen. Convicted, serial liar. He’ll be given not one ounce of credibility on cross examination.
Interesting side-note: I saw part of an interview with Daniels. When discussing Trump, she says she wants to tell “her truth.” I always found that interesting when people say “their truth.” If you go that route, I could say I sincerely believe the moon is made out of Swiss cheese and that’s my truth. Just because something happens to be someone’s truth, doesn’t necessarily make it true. What I also found remarkable is how the Liberal media are acting like this all happened last week. As if they were hearing about this for the very first time.
4. The key to the trial will hinge on two things. (1) The instructions from the Judge to the jury and (2) the closing arguments. This is where the defense will shine. The prosecution, abysmally failing to prove their case against Trump will rely solely on confusing statements and arguments trying to convince the jurors that hating Trump should be enough to convict him. The defense will stick with the facts in the case and show every misdeed, the length the prosecution has gone making baseless and more importantly, unproven claims as they once again, attempt to sway the jury.
5. At the end of the trial, nothing will be proven beyond a reasonable doubt that Trump did anything illegal. That being said, we have to remember the trial is being held in a Democrat, Trump hating venue with probably one of the most conflicted Judges in recent judicial history. In an article by – – , he makes the assertion, Judge Juan Merchan belongs in conflicted jurist Hall of Fame. I doubt many would disagree. Although I’m certain others would applaud him for it. By virtue of this, could Trump be convicted? That all depends on the honesty of the jurors. And/or whether or not a mistrial is declared beforehand. With Juan Merchan? Don’t hold your breath.
I believe the following statements can be clearly made. (1) By waiting until Trump is in the middle of his Presidential campaign, this is nothing more than political persecution and blatant election interference and sadly, at least 30% of voters have absolutely no problem with it. Just as long as it helps their side win. And what do they say in the event the same thing happens of one of their people? (2) You see, they’ve opened Pandora’s box and it’s highly unlikely it will be closed until retribution from the other side is achieved with the left and liberal media screaming at the top of their lungs how unfair it all is. Mark my words, it will happen and as one can say two wrongs don’t make a right, one can also say there comes a point in time when a taste of their own medicine is not only justified, but required.
Trump said when asked about possible retribution should he win the Presidency something to the effect of Making America great again will be the best retribution. If that’s true and he holds to that statement then I can say with absolute honesty, he’s a better man than any human being on the planet. I can’t think of anyone who could be remotely forgiving and I include myself. Don’t get me wrong, I’m certain liberal media will paint anything Trump does during his final term in office as some form of political retribution. So perhaps it’s best to leave it at that.
Remember what I said at the beginning of this? It’s a win-win for Liberal media. Here’s why.
If Trump is acquitted, Liberal media goes apoplectic. It’s the only avenue they’ll have rather than admit the truth they were wrong all along.
If Trump is convicted, Liberal media jumps up and down with joy even though they know the conviction will be overturned on appeal. To the media, it’s all about today. They’ll figure out a way to deal with the future, in the future. It’s a win for the time being that will be talked about ad nauseam until the election.
Acquittal, conviction or hung jury, the one thing this signifies is Donald Trump will be off the leash. No more gag order. I can only imagine what he’ll say. Add the fact that this case is most likely the only case that will be heard before the election, that pretty much does it in for the New York judicial system. What are legal experts saying? A huge stain on the New York Judiciary. The price they’ll eventually have to pay will be quite high. If Trump is acquitted, I wonder if they’ll still believe it was worth it. Then again, it’s not their money… right? To the people of New York, right?
Three more comments I’d like to make:
As far as Permanent Washington is concerned, see article: And Then There was One.
Wrongful prosecution?
While I’m not a lawyer by any stretch of the imagination, one would think that Trump could sue the state of New York for wrongful prosecution for at the very least attorney’s fees. Would be interesting to see if that takes place in the near future.
Conspiracy?
I found it interesting how the prosecution in this case threw the word conspiracy around throughout the trial seeing that Trump was never charged with any conspiracy. However, the more we find out about all the prosecutorial players in this trial, one could make the assertion that the conspiracy actually lies between the DOJ (and by extension, Joe Biden,) Alvin Brag, Matthew Colangelo including the judge himself, Juan Merchan. Especially Juan Merchan. What’s the old saying? “There’s something rotten in the State of Denmark.”
This “Something” deserves to be looked into by The House.
