I’ll sum up my personal view on this Trial and Conviction against Trump in two words.

Preemptive Coup d’état

And because of this, yes— this does make Trump a political prisoner. We’ll find out to what degree when he’s sentenced on July 11, 2024. Let’s briefly go into the reasons for my statement.

1. Democrats and Permanent Washington have been going after Trump in one form or another since (even before) he was elected President. Constant Investigations, two bogus impeachments and multiple indictments the moment Trump announced he was running again in 2024. The average human being wouldn’t have been able to survive any of it let alone walk right back into the Lions Den of Permanent Washington’s Democrat pawns. There was absolutely no upside for Trump personally to run again. In all honesty, there was no upside for him personally the first time. Additionally, he took no salary for the four years he was in office which tells me along with millions of Americans that he ran for President because he saw the direction this country was going.

2. With his announcement of running again for President, the indictments came rolling in. In all likeliness, he was probably warned that if this was his choice, he could face legal issues in Democrat controlled courts in Democrat controlled districts. If this did happen, I’m equally sure he told them all to pound sand. Most likely because of his opinion (along with millions of other Americans) the 2020 election was stolen. Pure educated speculation on my part, but that’s my opinion.

3. Permanent Washington thought the threat of indictments would be enough to get him to drop out. They thought wrong— hence the indictments. All this accomplished was raise Trump in the polls, although having a corrupt, brain-dead corpse controlled by Permanent Washington in the White House didn’t hurt.

[Just like in 2020, Trump was winning then and he’s winning now. Permanent Washington knows they’d never get away a second time with what they got away with in 2020. But they were aware that the judges they had in there pockets could be used once again, just in other ways and for other purposes. When one looks at the fact that an acting judge Merchan wasn’t in the pool of 24 Judges to be chosen randomly to oversee trials, how the hell does he get assigned trials against Trump and his associates? And you could cut the unbelievable confliction with a knife. Engoron was equally as bad. Speaking of Engoron…

4. Being declared guilty out of hand without a trial or jury (my understanding) brought about by DA Letitia James, Trump was fined hundreds of millions of dollars. Trump remained defiant.

5. Trump convicted on 34 counts no one can name. (Shown in video clips above.) Within 24 hours after the verdict, Trump receives 52.8 million in campaign donations. So many at once right afterwards it crashes the website.

It’s glaringly apparent that every trial against Trump has and will continue to be rigged against him with preordained verdicts. This conviction has proved this beyond a shadow of a doubt. From what I understand, the remaining cases won’t be heard until after the election. Some might end up being dropped altogether. What happens next will be up to Judge Juan Merchan and while I won’t begin to guess what he plans on doing in regard to sentencing, I won’t put anything past him.

I can only hope that if Merchan does go overboard in sentencing, a higher court will place a stay on it until after the appeals process runs it’s course. To me, it’s the only way the New York State Judiciary regains a modicum of their destroyed credibility. Either way, as I’ve said before, everything Permanent Washington and the Dems have done has and will backfire. What’s the old saying? “That which doesn’t kill me, only makes me stronger” and with every legal hit-job against Trump just puts him that much closer to winning the upcoming election although in my opinion, this verdict all but guarantees it.

I placed the video with Brett Tolman last because I not only completely agree with his remedy for this law-fare, I’ve suggested it in many of my articles including my most recent book, 2024: The Wreckoning. High profile Democrats need to be prosecuted for whatever crime a conservative can come up with in a Republican controlled city with a conservative DA. Bankrupt them with the court system. Bury them in lawyers fees. Do two wrongs make a right? When it comes to Democrats, they most certainly do. It’s the only way they’ll learn.

Also stated in previous articles, we are and have been in a political civil war for at least the last decade and Trumps conviction has now brought this civil war to a head. Over half the country is furious with what Democrats have not only done by indictments, but in the way this trial was conducted. This trial was held in a kangaroo court. They know (everyone knows) the verdict will be overturned on appeal and that’s what infuriates any sane individual the most. The only reason for this preordained guilty verdict was to affect the Presidential election. That is the only reason, and more and more Americans are finally waking up and seeing the despicable lengths Democrats will sink to in order to win the election.

Democrats hate to lose Presidential elections. They hate it with a passion. They protest, (many violently.) Why do you think so many businesses in Democrat cities board up their store-fronts when they do? So-called celebrities create TV ads begging electors to change their vote and contrary to popular belief, many Democrats in Congress do everything they can to deny election results.

The question is, what will Permanent Washington and Democrats do next as their preemptive coup attempt fails? Will they put Trump in prison? Home confinement? They have to know that whatever they do from this moment on will backfire and just piss off Americans that much more. If Americans didn’t see this as election interference, they sure as hell do now. Add the knowledge that Biden is a complete failure as President with nothing to run on— but that’s really it, isn’t it? They know Trump will win. They’ve known it all along so they cooked up these indictments in Democrat strongholds in order to destroy Trumps chances of winning. Everything they’ve done against Trump has backfired and made themselves look that much worse in the process. So what will they do next? Another pandemic so they can manipulate the ballots like they did in 2020? No. It worked in 2020 but that was a one shot deal. So how far will they go? Will America wake up one morning and find out Trump was hit by a massive bolt of lightening on a clear sunny day then blame it on God? How far will they go?

At this point, I can’t begin to speculate. A Democrat is like a child on a playground with a ball. When forced to share his ball with a few others, he destroys the ball making sure no one can play, even himself. This is what they’re doing to this country. They’d rather destroy it than give up power which is exactly what they’ve done to the judiciary. New York is now a “good old boy” state where your personal politics play a role in a court decision beginning from “good old boy” prosecutors to “good old boy” judges. There will be a price Democrats will pay for their desperate need for instant gratification. Trump will win in November but this won’t be the worst of it. Democrats have now opened Pandora’s box that will be next to impossible to close until Democrats eventually agree to close it and the only way this happens in when they experience the consequences of their choices. Again, sadly, that’s the only way they learn. Or perhaps they don’t care. Perhaps they’re willing to end this American experiment in self government if their preemptive coup fails

What angers me the most is that Democrats always pull this shit first then declare they’ll never do it again (after they’ve received their instant gratification.) Then when given a taste of their own medicine, they cry foul screaming at the top of their lungs, it’s Republicans who are destroying democracy. We can no longer allow or afford for this to continue.

This political civil war will be determined in November. Donald Trump is our Abraham Lincoln. Democrats and Permanent Washington have to realize that they don’t win elections with a constitutionally illegal preemptive Coup d’état. Americans won’t stand for it.
