‘Twas Nine Days Before Christmas

Twas nine days before Christmas
as we look back at this year,
that was filled with incompetence,
lawlessness and fear.

Is anyone surprised?
This country now fractured.
When if truth be told,
this was all manufactured.

The mandates – Inflation,
even racism systemic.
All conveniently blamed
on the Covid pandemic

As I poetically warned
around this time last year,
Dems and the media
would continue the fear.

Now we have Omicron
and apocalyptic behavior.
Let’s all kneel and pray
to Fauci our savior.

Double vaxed and a booster
we’re constantly told.
All for a new variant
not much worse than a cold.

Yes this was all part of the plan
with foregone conclusions.
Any fool would have known
from these liberal delusions.

Most can’t take the blame
this Biden direction.
For this is the consequence
of a stolen election.

But the question remains
can we survive or make due,
until the mid-term elections
of twenty-twenty two.

A resounding defeat
to the Dems in the House.
When Covid and Racism
are all they espouse.

For only then will America
remove Biden’s crown,
In fact, I give it six months
then Biden steps down.

After that, who knows
what Kamala will do.
More cackling and race cards
requiring an earplug or two.

The list of disasters
could go on if we look.
But instead of a poem
this would turn into a book.

As I said once before
this will all soon pass,
when sanity returns
to this Country at last.

But let’s not forget
and take a moment and pause
to remember our loved ones
and those who were lost.

For it’s more than tornadoes
which deserve contemplation.
But teen suicides and OD’s
taking place in our nation.

While we change what we can
with our votes from the heart,
let’s begin in our homes.
It’s the best place to start.

So during this season of good will
and this season of giving,
make sure the best place on earth
is the place where you’re living.

Damn this poem is a long one
so I’ll end it with this.

A Merry Christmas to all!
