Welcome to BOF (Basket of Fish) Christmas Central. I’ve wanting to put together a Christmas Category for years now but just haven’t found the time to get it going. Not so this year. For those of us who celebrate Christmas and know the true meaning behind the holiday, it’s also a time when all of us can take a step back, se aside our differences, relax and do our best to simply enjoy the next few weeks with as little political, social and cultural drama as possible. To some that may be easier said than done but let’s do our best… OK?
