If we listen to the news, we can honestly come to one conclusion. Either forty percent (I’m being generous) of the country are complete morons or mainstream media (including many outlets who aren’t) are full of shit and do nothing but lie knowing full well that forty percent of the country are astonishingly simple to manipulate as they hang on their every word. Actually, could be both. Another question is who are the ones fueling these lies? Certain politicians? Yes. Political organizations? Of course. Orchestrated chaos (meaning paid protesters) funded by political organizations or the uber rich? Absolutely. Why? So they can get their two minutes on local and national news daily in order to keep their forty percent in line. All it takes is one look at how many voted for Kamala Harris for President— the most incompetent candidate in the history of presidential candidates to admit the aforementioned statement is true. What has this got to do with activist Judges? I’m getting there so please bear with me.
President Trump has been in office seventy (plus) days meaning those in cabinet positions for just a little over half of that time. Since January 20th, it’s all pretty much been Trump alone with his executive orders. Everything having to do with Congress (supposedly Republican held) have been words. “We’re working on it!” they declare while Democrats say pretty much the same only one is working for the agenda Trump campaigned and was elected on while the other side is doing their best to stop or delay it. Everyone appeared to expect Trump to cure all the ills of America in his first week when it would take one to three additional weeks for his cabinet to move into their offices forgetting the small fact that Biden and his team took four years to completely sabotage the U.S. government while at the same time flushing hundreds of billions of tax dollars down the toilet. Think about it. What the hell did Biden and Democrats actually accomplish during the last four years? Multi-trillion dollar reconciliation bills where not a soul knows where the money went? The “chips act”? Where did all that money go? Who knows. Let’s just say you don’t hear too many liberal pundits bragging about it. Then Trump within weeks of entering office negotiates trillions in U.S. investments that isn’t costing the taxpayer a dime. Again, if we’re being completely honest, I saw very little if anything positive resulting from the term of Biden other than the fact that with each passing day— brought America closer to it’s conclusion. In other words, America had to endure Biden because we knew there wasn’t much we could do about it especially when one takes congress into consideration. Then again, if you were one of those in this Country who can’t wait for the failure of America as a nation ie— “a Globalist,” then Biden was definitely your man. Thank God most of America doesn’t share your world view.
Trump’s Last Stand Against the Swamp
I stated in a previous article (or book… can’t remember) that it was somewhat of a blessing that Biden was installed allowing Trump four years to figure it all out. How government works and how it doesn’t and the lengthy process of getting just about anything done coming to the conclusion that executive orders are the fastest. That is until they’re challenged in court resulting in some temporary anything coming from an activist liberal judge to delay it all with full knowledge their rulings will be overturned… eventually.
Eventually— that’s the keyword here. And this is one of the most important lessons Trump learned during his first term. He realized that when you have control of the White House and congress, waiting is not an option. Why? Because Democrats will go to the ends of the earth to tie up as much as they can in the courts. All they require is an activist liberal judge in a liberal district. So what did Trump do? Instead of waiting, he threw it ALL out there at once. Anything he and his advisors thought there was even a remote possibility of being challenged in court, he ordered it knowing that challenges would take time and time is in short supply when it’s your final term in office. By doing so right out of the gate, he not only knew there was time to prevail over them but more than enough time to get the ball rolling. This is why the border wall was never completed during his first term. The clock ran out. I wrote about this years ago in an article titled Lawyers, Courts and the Clock. To date, this was one of the smartest moves Trump has made. Removing all frivolous legal roadblocks Democrats continuously throw against Trump in order to delay his agenda as soon as humanly possible will give Trump the ability, and time to actually accomplish them whether it’s illegal immigration and deportations, tariffs, birthright citizenship, withholding funds from Sanctuary Cities or certain learning institutions for failing to comply with legal executive orders. (Just to name a few.) While liberal news declares one Trump loss after another in courts, he, for the most part pretty much wins every battle in the court that has the final say. (The U.S.Supreme Court.) The time consuming part is reaching that court.
By doing so now, this is giving these activist judges pause. Wondering whether or not they should press what they’re doing to the extent that Congress will put an end to it once and for all. These Judges are walking a very thin line at the moment and for Trump, there’s no better time to walk that thin line than right at the beginning of his term.
While finishing up with this article so I can get to the next one about the economy, tariffs and the stock market (including the swamp,) I read the House has passed a bill call the No Rogue Judges Act of 2025 by Darrell Issa. Wonderful but that and a dime won’t buy you a cup of coffee when everyone knows there won’t be enough Democrat support in the Senate to turn it into law. Oh well, it does make for a day or two of headlines so I’ll have to stick with the paragraph above stating these rogue Judges are walking a thin line although with the recent ruling by SCOTUS, it puts a wrench in Democrats ability to shop for Judges and venues. Why? Because it removes the value of the lawsuit. No one is going to spend the money in legal fees when it only affects a few people instead of an entire nation. (and that’s only if they win and we all know they rarely if ever do.) Delay tactics by the left through courts are becoming a thing of the past.
And it’s not just rogue judges. Have you noticed that an inordinate amount of liberal judges have been assigned to most of Trumps cases? The old saying “There’s definitely something rotten in Denmark” seems to apply here. Right now, they’re all safe in their practices because the margins in the Senate aren’t enough to make reforms. But one fine day, there will be.
As far as the rest of this is concerned, the bottom line is the following. I wrote an article ten months before the 2024 election titled 2025— After the Win. While it’s always nice to know one was correct about his winning the election, the article was focused on Trump’s first 100 days and I can say he’s pretty much done everything I hoped he would do.
One last message to the Republican majorities in the House and Senate.
This is Trump’s final term in office. You and your colleagues in the House and Senate can die in congress if you get elected enough times where as Trump doesn’t have that luxury. You may have your disagreements with the president on certain issues and that’s fine just as long as you look at the big picture and give 100% of your support in Trump’s agenda. The American public had to put up with four years of a brain-dead puppet in the White House who along with and through his handlers, sabotaged the United States bringing us to complete failure as a country. The only way Globalists win is by the downfall of the U.S.. Had Democrats won in 2024, that result would have been all but guaranteed. Keep that in mind when you want to vote against Trump because you don’t happen to agree with a particular issue. In other words, please just allow Trump to do his damn job.
This is not the time to be self-righteous just because your majority is so thin, you can be.
